What is claimed is: 1. An apparatus comprising: an electromagnetic sensing unit to sense an electromagnetic field; a shielding layer disposed under the electromagnetic sensing unit to shield at least a portion of the electromagnetic field, the shielding layer including a magnetic material; and a geomagnetic sensor disposed under at least a portion of the shielding layer to sense geomagnetic field. 2. The apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising: a display operatively coupled with the apparatus, the display being disposed over the electromagnetic sensing unit. 3. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the magnetic material comprises a permeability characteristic being maintained at a specified range between a zero frequency band and an operating frequency band to be received or transmitted using the electromagnetic sensing unit. 4. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the magnetic material comprises powder. 5. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the magnetic material comprises at least one of ferrite, MolyPermalloy material, Fe—Si—Al-based material (Sandust), or Ni—Fe-based material (Highflux). 6. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the shielding layer comprises a mixture of at least the magnetic material and an adhesive material. 7. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the shielding layer is formed by being spread onto a bottom surface of the electromagnetic sensing unit. 8. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the shielding layer is formed at least from an adhesive film on which the magnetic material is coated. 9. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the electromagnetic field comprises an input signal generated by an electronic device external to the apparatus. 10. An apparatus comprising: an electromagnetic sensing unit to sense an electromagnetic field generated by an electronic device external to the apparatus; a shielding layer disposed under the electromagnetic sensing unit to shield at least a portion of the electromagnetic field, at least one portion of the shielding layer including a magnetic material; and a geomagnetic sensor disposed under at least a portion of the shielding layer to sense geomagnetic field. 11. The apparatus of claim 10 , wherein the magnetic material comprises a permeability characteristic being maintained at a specified range between a zero frequency band and an operating frequency band to be received or transmitted using the electromagnetic sensing unit. 12. The apparatus of claim 10 , wherein the electromagnetic sensing unit comprises an electromagnetic resonance sensor. 13. The apparatus of claim 10 , wherein the electromagnetic sensing unit is configured to detect a position of the electronic device. 14. The apparatus of claim 10 , wherein the electronic device comprises an electromagnetic pen. 15. An apparatus comprising: an electromagnetic sensing unit to sense an electromagnetic field; a shielding layer disposed under the electromagnetic sensing unit, the shielding layer including a material having a permeability characteristic, the permeability characteristic being maintained at a specified range between a first specified frequency band and a second specified frequency band; and a geomagnetic sensor disposed under at least a portion of the shielding layer to sense geomagnetic field. 16. The apparatus of claim 15 , wherein the first specified frequency band comprises a zero frequency band. 17. The apparatus of claim 15 , wherein the second specified frequency band comprises an operating frequency band to receive or transmit a signal using the electromagnetic sensing unit.
