What is claimed is: 1. A control system for a beverage dispenser, the control system comprising: a touch screen; and a control unit electrically coupled to the touch screen, the control unit configured to: send a first graphical configuration to the touch screen for display; receive a first command from the touch screen; send a second graphical configuration to the touch screen for display in response to the first command, wherein the second graphical configuration comprises a plurality of selectable beverage choices; receive a second command from the touch screen with respect to the second graphical configuration, wherein the second command is derived from receiving a plurality of selections from hidden buttons on the second graphical configuration; display a valve adjustment screen on the touch screen in response to the second command, the valve adjustment screen displaying a beverage dispense time for a corresponding cup size; receive a third command from the touch screen with respect to the valve adjustment screen, the third command causing the beverage dispense time to change for the corresponding cup size; and alter dispense timing for at least one of a plurality of beverage dispensing valves in response to the third command. 2. The system of claim 1 , wherein the control unit is further configured to receive a fourth command from the touch screen with respect to the valve adjustment screen wherein the fourth command is derived from receiving a user selection of one of a timed burst or prime button. 3. The system of claim 1 , wherein the first graphical configuration is a sleep mode screen. 4. The system of claim 3 , wherein the first command is derived from receiving a single user touch on the touch screen. 5. The system of claim 1 , wherein the third command comprises a user touch to the touch screen, wherein the beverage dispense time is determined based on how long the user touches the touch screen during the third command. 6. The system of claim 5 , wherein the valve adjustment screen comprises a time scale that is animated according to the third command. 7. The system of claim 6 , wherein the time scale is animated while the user touches the touch screen during the third command and ceases to animate when the user stops touching the touch screen. 8. The method of claim 7 , wherein the valve adjustment screen comprises a time scale that is animated according to the third command. 9. The method of claim 8 , wherein the time scale is animated while the user touches the touch screen during the third command and ceases to animate when the user stops touching the touch screen. 10. A method comprising: sending a first graphical configuration to a touch screen for display; receiving a first command from the touch screen; sending a second graphical configuration to the touch screen for display in response to the first command, wherein the second graphical configuration comprises a plurality of selectable beverage choices; receiving a second command from the touch screen displaying the second graphical configuration, wherein the second command is derived from receiving a plurality of selections from hidden buttons on the second graphical configuration; and displaying a valve adjustment screen on the touch screen in response to the second command, the valve adjustment screen displaying a beverage dispense time for a corresponding cup size; and receiving a third command from the touch screen with respect to the valve adjustment screen, the third command causing the beverage dispense time to change for the corresponding cup size; and altering dispense timing for at least one of a plurality of beverage dispensing valves in response to the third command. 11. The method of claim 10 , further comprising receiving a fourth command, wherein the third command is derived from receiving a user selection of one of a timed burst or prime button. 12. The method of claim 10 , wherein the third command comprises a user touch to the touch screen, wherein the beverage dispense time is determined based on how long the user touches the touch screen during the third command. 13. The method of claim 10 , wherein the first graphical configuration is a sleep mode screen. 14. The method of claim 13 , wherein the first command is derived from receiving a single user touch on the touch screen.
