A composition comprising a mixture which comprises at least one isostearamide, at least one glycerol ester and water, wherein the isostearamide is an amide condensation product of isostearic acid with 1-amino-2-propanol, and said isostearamide is present in an amount of 50 to 95% by weight of the mixture. 2.
