What is claimed is: 1. A building structure comprising: an upper wall having upper studs; a lower wall having lower studs; at least one joist operatively coupled to the lower wall; a lateral transfer frame operatively coupled to a portion of the upper wall and a portion of the lower wall, wherein the lateral transfer frame is adjacent to an upper stud from the upper studs and a lower stud from the lower studs; decking operatively coupled to the at least one joist; a plurality of stand-off fasteners each having a lower portion and an upper portion, wherein the plurality of stand-off fasteners comprises: wall stand-off fasteners wherein the lower portion of each of the wall stand-off fasteners is installed into the lower wall, and wherein the upper portion of each of the wall stand-off fasteners extends above the lower wall to a location below the upper wall, and decking stand-off fasteners wherein the lower portion of each of the decking stand-off fasteners is installed into the at least one joist, and wherein the upper portion of each of the decking stand-off fasteners extends above the decking; wherein at least a portion of the at least one joist, the lateral transfer frame, and the upper portion of each of the plurality of stand-off fasteners that extends above the lower wall and decking are encapsulated in a cementitious structure; and wherein the lateral transfer frame and the plurality of stand-off fasteners are configured to transfer loads between the at least one joist, the upper wall, the lower wall, and the cementitious structure. 2. The building structure of claim 1 , wherein the lateral transfer frame comprises an upper plate configured for operative coupling with an upper wall member in the upper wall, and a lower plate configured for operative coupling with a lower wall member in the lower wall. 3. The building structure of claim 2 , wherein the building structure further comprises: a pour stop operatively coupled to the lower wall member; a removable pour stop that is operatively coupled to the pour stop adjacent the lateral transfer frame; wherein the pour stop and the removable pour stop confine the cementitious structure within the wall; and wherein the removable pour stop is removed after at least a portion of the cementitious structure has cured to operatively couple the upper wall member to the upper plate, or the lower wall member to the lower plate. 4. The building structure of claim 3 , further comprising: a closure coupled to the lower wall and along with the pour stop is configured to form a channel between the lower wall and the upper wall in which the cementitious structure is formed; and wherein the cementitious structure is a cementitious floor structure on the decking and a cementitious wall structure between the upper wall and lower wall. 5. The building structure of claim 4 , wherein the cementitious wall structure is formed integral with the cementitious floor structure. 6. The building structure of claim 2 , wherein the lateral transfer frame comprises transfer spacers that are v-shaped, wherein the upper plate and lower plate comprise at least one set of apertures in the upper plate and the lower plate, wherein the at least one set of apertures is configured to receive a vertical load transfer rod, and wherein the transfer spacers are configured for transferring lateral load between the upper wall and the lower wall. 7. The building structure of claim 1 , further comprising: a diagonal member with a first end and a second end, wherein the first end is located adjacent the lateral transfer frame between the upper wall and lower wall and the second end is located adjacent a second lateral transfer frame located above the upper wall or below the lower wall. 8. The building structure of claim 7 , wherein the diagonal member is a structural member, wherein the structural member is configured for loading in either tension or compression. 9. The building structure of claim 1 , further comprising: a second lateral transfer frame encapsulated in the cementitious structure, wherein the second lateral transfer frame is operatively coupled to a portion of the upper wall and a portion of the lower wall; first and second diagonal members each with a first end and a second end, wherein the first end of the first diagonal member is located adjacent the first lateral transfer frame and the first end of the second diagonal member is located adjacent the second lateral transfer frame, and the second ends of the first and second diagonal members are located adjacent lateral transfer frames located above the upper wall or below the lower wall; and wherein the first and second diagonal members form an X-shape on the upper wall or lower wall. 10. The building structure of claim 1 , wherein the wall stand-off fasteners are located adjacent the lower wall studs. 11. The building structure of claim 1 , wherein the lateral transfer frame comprises at least one set of apertures and is configured to receive a vertical load transfer rod with an upper rod end and a lower rod end, and wherein the first rod end is operatively coupled to the upper stud and the lower rod end is operatively coupled to the lower stud. 12. The building structure of claim 1 , wherein the decking comprises: a corrugated metal decking. 13. At least a two story building structure, comprising: a lower wall having lower studs; a middle wall having middle studs; an upper wall having upper studs; a first cementitious wall structure located between the lower wall and the middle wall; a second cementitious wall structure located between the middle wall and the upper wall; a first plurality of joists operatively coupled between the lower wall and the middle wall, wherein a least a portion of the first plurality of joists are encapsulated in the first cementitious wall structure; a second plurality of joists operatively coupled between the middle wall and the upper wall, wherein a least a portion of the second plurality of joists are encapsulated in the second cementitious wall structure; a first plurality of lateral transfer frames operatively coupled to the lower wall and the middle wall, wherein the first plurality of lateral transfer frames are encapsulated in the first cementitious wall structure; a second plurality of lateral transfer frames operatively coupled to the middle wall and the upper wall, wherein the second plurality of lateral transfer frames are encapsulated in the second cementitious wall structure; a first plurality of wall stand-off fasteners each having a lower portion and an upper portion, wherein the lower portion of the first plurality of wall stand-off fasteners is installed into the lower wall, and wherein the upper portion of each of the first plurality of wall stand-off fasteners extends above the lower wall to a location below the middle wall and is encapsulated within the first cementitious wall structure; and a second plurality of wall stand-off fasteners each having a lower portion and an upper portion, wherein the lower portion of the second plurality of wall stand-off fasteners is installed into the middle wall, and wherein the upper portion of each of the second plurality of wall stand-off fasteners extends above the middle wall to a location below the upper wall and is encapsulated within the second cementitious wall structure; and wherein the first and second plurality of lateral transfer frames, and the first and second plurality of wall stand-off fasteners transfer loads from the first cementitious wall structure through the middle wall to the second cementitious wall structure. 14.
