A fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin molding material includes a carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin molding material, comprising 5 to 45 parts by weight of carbon fibers, 94 to 35 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin, and 1 to 20 parts by weight of a compound having a melt viscosity lower than the thermoplastic resin based on 100 parts by weight of the total amount of the carbon fibers, the thermoplastic resin, and the compound having a melt viscosity at 200° C. lower than that of the thermoplastic resin, wherein the thermoplastic resin is contained at an outer side of a composite obtained by impregnating the carbon fibers with the compound, and the length of the carbon fibers and the length of the carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin molding material are substantially the same.

The invention claimed is: 1. A fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin molding material comprising: a carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin molding material (X), comprising 5 to 45 parts by weight of carbon fibers (A), 94 to 35 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin (C), and 1 to 20 parts by weight of a compound (D) having a melt viscosity at 200° C. lower than that of the thermoplastic resin (C) based on 100 parts by weight of the total amount of the carbon fibers (A), the thermoplastic resin (C), and the compound (D) having a melt viscosity at 200° C. lower than that of the thermoplastic resin (C), wherein the thermoplastic resin (C) is contained at an outer side of a composite (F) obtained by impregnating the carbon fibers (A) with the compound (D), and the length of the carbon fibers (A) and the length of the carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin molding material are substantially the same; and an organic fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin molding material (Y), comprising 1 to 45 parts by weight of organic fibers (B), 94 to 35 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin (G), and 1 to 20 parts by weight of a compound (H) based on 100 parts by weight of the total amount of the organic fibers (B), the thermoplastic resin (G), and the compound (H) having a melt viscosity at 200° C. lower than that of the thermoplastic resin (G). 2. The fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin molding material according to claim 1 , wherein the organic fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin molding material (Y) is obtained by melt-kneading the organic fibers (B), the thermoplastic resin (G), and the compound (H) having a melt viscosity at 200° C. lower than that of the thermoplastic resin (G). 3. A method of producing the fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin molding material according to claim 1 , comprising at least dry-blending the carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin molding material (X) and the organic fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin molding material (Y). 4. The fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin molding material according to claim 1 , wherein the organic fibers (B) in the organic fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin molding material (Y) have an average fiber length of 0.1 to 10 mm. 5. The fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin molding material according to claim 1 , wherein the length of the organic fibers (B) in the organic fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin molding material (Y) and the length of the organic fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin molding material (Y) are substantially the same. 6. The fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin molding material according to claim 1 , wherein the organic fibers (B) in the organic fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin molding material (Y) are impregnated with the thermoplastic resin (G). 7. The fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin molding material according to claim 1 , wherein the organic fibers (B) in the organic fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin molding material (Y) are impregnated with the compound (H) having a melt viscosity at 200° C. lower than that of the thermoplastic resin (G), and further coated with the thermoplastic resin (G). 8. The fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin molding material according to claim 1 , wherein the organic fibers (B) have a tensile break elongation of 10 to 50%. 9. The fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin molding material according to claim 1 , wherein the organic fibers (B) are at least one selected from the group consisting of polyamide fibers, polyester fibers, polyarylene sulfide fibers, and fluororesin fibers.
