What is claimed is: 1. A resin composition, comprising: a cellulose ester resin; a compound containing an adipic acid ester; and a maleic anhydride-modified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. 2. The resin composition according to claim 1 , wherein the cellulose ester resin is represented by formula (1): wherein R 1 , R 2 and R 3 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or an acyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, and n represents an integer of 1 or more. 3. The resin composition according to claim 2 , wherein the cellulose ester resin represented by formula (1) has an acetyl group as the acyl group each independently represented by R 1 , R 2 and R 3 , and a substitution degree of acetyl group is 2.1 to 2.6. 4. The resin composition according to claim 1 , wherein an amount of the compound containing an adipic acid ester is 5 to 20 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the cellulose ester resin. 5. The resin composition according to claim 1 , wherein an amount of the maleic anhydride-modified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is 2 to 10 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the cellulose ester resin. 6. A resin shaped product comprising the resin composition according to claim 1 . 7. The resin composition according to claim 1 , wherein a mass ratio of the cellulose ester resin to the total resin composition is 50% by mass to 95% by mass. 8. The resin composition according to claim 1 , wherein a mass ratio of the cellulose ester resin to the total resin composition is 60% by mass to 90% by mass. 9. The resin composition according to claim 1 , wherein an amount of the compound containing an adipic acid ester is 9 to 16 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the cellulose ester resin, and an amount of the maleic anhydride-modified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is 2 to 5 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the cellulose ester resin. 10. The resin composition according to claim 1 , wherein the maleic anhydride-modified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer has a density of 0.9 to 0.94 and a melting point of 90° C. to 100° C.
