The invention relates to compounds of Formula (0): wherein Q, A 1 -A 8 , R 4 and R 5 and each has the meaning as described herein. Compounds of Formula (0) and pharmaceutical compositions thereof are useful in the treatment of diseases and disorders in which undesired or over-activation of NF-kB signaling is observed.

What is claimed is: 1. A compound selected from the following: 2. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of claim 1 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, diluent or excipient. 3. A method for the treatment of an inflammatory condition in a patient, comprising administering an effective amount of a compound of claim 1 to the patient. 4. The method of claim 3 , wherein the inflammatory condition is selected from the group consisting of lupus, systemic lupus erythematosus, COPD, rhinitis, multiple sclerosis, IBD, arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, dermatitis, endometriosis and transplant rejection.
