What is claimed is: 1. A filtering face-piece respirator that comprises: a harness; and a mask body comprising: a filtering structure; an upper interior perimeter segment defined by a fold in the filtering structure; a lower interior perimeter segment; and a nose notch in the upper interior perimeter segment extending from an edge of the upper interior perimeter segment, the nose notch being void of material, wherein the nose notch extends from an edge of the upper interior perimeter segment toward the fold. 2. The filtering face-piece respirator of claim 1 wherein the nose notch extends at least 5 mm from the edge of the upper interior perimeter segment toward the fold. 3. The filtering face-piece respirator of claim 1 wherein the nose notch extends from the edge of the upper interior perimeter segment to the fold. 4. The filtering face-piece respirator of claim 3 wherein the nose notch extends from the edge of the upper interior perimeter segment through the fold into the filtering structure. 5. The filtering face-piece respirator of claim 4 wherein the nose notch extends no more than 10 mm past the fold into the filtering structure. 6. The filtering face-piece respirator of claim 4 wherein the nose notch extends no more than 5 mm past the fold into the filtering structure. 7. The filtering face-piece respirator of claim 1 wherein the nose notch has a depth of at least 5 mm. 8. The filtering face-piece respirator of claim 1 wherein the nose notch has a depth in the range of 10 mm to 25 mm. 9. The filtering face-piece respirator of claim 1 wherein the nose notch has a width of at least 3 mm. 10. The filtering face-piece respirator of claim 1 wherein the nose notch has a width of no more than 40 mm. 11. The filtering face-piece respirator of claim 1 wherein the filtering structure comprises a filtering layer and an inner cover web. 12. The filtering face-piece respirator of claim 11 , wherein the filtering structure further includes an outer cover web. 13. The filtering face-piece respirator of claim 1 , further comprising a nose clip proximate the upper interior perimeter segment. 14. The filtering face-piece respirator of claim 1 wherein the upper interior perimeter segment comprises filtering structure having a series of welds thereon. 15. A filtering face-piece respirator comprising a mask body and a harness attached to the mask body, wherein the mask body comprises: a filtering structure comprising a folded portion formed by folding the filtering structure over along a perimeter fold, wherein the folded portion comprises an upper interior perimeter segment and a lower interior perimeter segment; and a nose notch in the upper interior perimeter segment extending from an edge of the upper interior perimeter segment, the nose notch being void of material, wherein the nose notch extends from an edge of the upper interior perimeter segment toward the perimeter fold. 16. The filtering face-piece respirator of claim 15 , wherein the upper interior perimeter segment and the lower interior perimeter segment are adapted to form a seal between the mask body and a wearer's face. 17. The filtering face-piece respirator of claim 15 , wherein the upper interior perimeter segment, the lower interior perimeter segment, and the perimeter fold are adapted to form a seal between the mask body and a wearer's face. 18. The filtering face-piece respirator of claim 15 , wherein the upper interior perimeter segment comprises a series of welds.
