A method for manufacturing an injector having an extrusion coating, including the following steps: providing an injection module, pushing a disk-shaped alignment element onto a part of the injection module, the alignment element having a slot in order to have sufficient flexibility, welding the alignment element onto the part of the injection module, at least part of the slot also being welded shut at the same time during the welding-on step in order to stiffen the alignment element, and molding the extrusion coating onto the injection module.

What is claimed is: 1. A method for manufacturing an injector having an extrusion coating, the method comprising: providing an injection module; pushing a disk-shaped alignment element onto a part of the injection module, the alignment element having a slot in order to have sufficient flexibility; welding the alignment element to the part of the injection module, at least part of the slot also being welded shut at the same time during the welding step in order to stiffen the alignment element; and molding the extrusion coating onto the injection module. 2. The method as recited in claim 1 , further comprising: rotating the injection module together with the alignment element during the welding step. 3. The method as recited in claim 1 , wherein a first welding plane in which the alignment element is welded to the part of the injection module does not coincide with a second welding plane in which the slot is welded shut. 4. The method as recited in claim 1 , wherein the alignment element has a tongue welded on at least one of its peripheral sides to the alignment element in the welding step. 5. The method as recited in claim 4 , wherein: the alignment element includes at least one of a first tab and a second tab, and the tongue is welded to at least one of the first tab and the second tab in the welding step. 6. The method as recited in claim 1 , wherein the welding step is carried out with the aid of a laser.
