What is claimed is: 1. A delivery device comprising: an inner shaft having one or more delivery platforms for deployment of one or more intraluminal devices; an outer sheath surrounding the inner shaft and configured to cover the one or more delivery platforms pre-deployment and to be withdrawn from one of the one or more delivery platform as part of a deployment of one of the one or more intraluminal devices; an outer sheath rack comprising a plurality of teeth, the outer sheath rack coupled to the outer sheath; a handle housing, wherein the inner shaft and the outer sheath rack are at least partially positioned within the handle housing, the handle housing comprising at least one pawl configured to engage with the plurality of teeth on the outer sheath rack to prevent re-sheathing of the outer sheath over the one or more delivery platforms after a deployment; and a retraction override switch coupled to the outer sheath rack and the inner shaft, wherein actuation of the retraction override switch is configured to disengage the at least one pawl from the plurality of teeth on the outer sheath rack to allow re-sheathing of the outer sheath over the one or more delivery platforms after a deployment; wherein the outer sheath rack and outer sheath are coupled to the retraction override switch such that actuation of the retraction override switch causes the outer sheath rack to move out of engagement with the at least one pawl, wherein the retraction override switch is configured such that actuation of the retraction override switch causes the retraction override switch to rotate with respect to the handle housing, and wherein the outer sheath rack is configured such that actuation of the retraction override switch causes the outer sheath rack and the outer sheath to rotate with respect to the handle housing. 2. The delivery device of claim 1 , further comprising: a shuttle having one or more deflection arms configured for selective engagement with the plurality of teeth on the outer sheath rack, wherein movement of the shuttle causes withdraws the outer sheath from covering the one or more delivery platforms. 3. The delivery device of claim 2 , wherein the retraction override switch is further configured to disengage the one or more deflection arms from the plurality of teeth on the outer sheath rack to allow re-sheathing of the outer sheath over the one or more delivery platforms after a deployment. 4. The delivery device of claim 3 , wherein the shuttle is mechanically linked to a trigger, such that actuation of the trigger causes movement of the shuttle. 5. The delivery device of claim 1 , wherein a cam comprises a slot configured to engage a spring metal plate when the cam is in an unlocked position, wherein actuation of the cam causes the slot to disengage from the spring metal plate. 6. The delivery device of claim 5 , wherein the cam further comprises a first land and a second land, wherein when the cam is in the locked position the first land contacts a surface on the handle housing and the second land engages the spring metal plate. 7. The delivery device of claim 6 , wherein the cam is configured such that actuation of the cam causes the cam to rotate with respect to the handle housing. 8. The delivery device of claim 1 , wherein the outer sheath rack is part of the outer sheath. 9. The delivery device of claim 1 , wherein the retraction override switch comprises a rotating lever. 10. The delivery device of claim 1 , wherein the retraction override switch comprises a locking feature configured to prevent the outer sheath from being withdrawn after re-sheathing of the outer sheath over the one or more delivery platforms. 11. A delivery device for deploying a medical implant within a vessel, the delivery device comprising: an outer sheath having a proximal end and a distal end, the outer sheath being adapted to extend over one or more medical implants in a collapsed position on one or more delivery platforms and to be retractable to expose the one or more collapsed medical implants for deployment; a handle having a handle housing, the handle comprising at least one internal lock configured to engage the outer sheath to prevent re-sheathing of the outer sheath over the one or more delivery platforms; and a retraction override switch coupled to the outer sheath, wherein actuation of the retraction override switch is configured to disengage the at least one internal lock from the outer sheath to allow re-sheathing of the outer sheath over the one or more delivery platforms; wherein the outer sheath is coupled to the retraction override switch such that actuation of the retraction override switch causes the outer sheath to move out of engagement with the at least one internal lock, wherein the retraction override switch is configured such that actuation of the retraction override switch causes the retraction override switch to rotate with respect to the handle housing, and wherein the outer sheath is configured such that actuation of the retraction override switch causes the outer sheath to rotate with respect to the handle housing. 12. The delivery device of claim 11 , wherein the at least one internal lock comprises a pawl coupled to the handle housing. 13. The delivery device of claim 11 , wherein actuation of a cam causes the cam to rotate with respect to the handle housing. 14. The delivery device of claim 11 , wherein the retraction override switch comprises a rotating lever. 15. The delivery device of claim 11 , wherein the retraction override switch further comprises a locking feature configured to prevent the outer sheath from being withdrawn after re-sheathing of the outer sheath over the one or more delivery platforms. 16. The delivery device of claim 11 , wherein the at least one internal lock configured to engage the outer sheath to prevent re-sheathing of the outer sheath over the one or more delivery platforms comprises an outer sheath rack comprising a plurality of teeth and at least one pawl configured to engage with the plurality of teeth on the outer sheath rack. 17. The delivery device of claim 16 , wherein the outer sheath rack is coupled to the outer sheath. 18. The delivery device of claim 16 , wherein the outer sheath rack is part of the outer sheath.
