An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate including a plurality of pixel regions each including a light emitting region and a transparent region, a gate electrode in the light emitting region, a first insulating interlayer covering the gate electrode and extending from the light emitting region to the transparent region, a drain electrode on the first insulating interlayer and constituting a transistor in conjunction with the gate electrode, a planarization layer covering the transistor and exposing a top surface of the first insulating interlayer in the transparent region, and a first electrode on the planarization layer.

What is claimed is: 1. An organic light emitting display device comprising: a substrate including a plurality of pixel regions each including a light emitting region and a transparent region; a gate electrode in the light emitting region; a first insulating interlayer covering the gate electrode and extending from the light emitting region to the transparent region; a drain electrode on the first insulating interlayer and constituting a transistor in conjunction with the gate electrode; a planarization layer covering the transistor and exposing a top surface of the first insulating interlayer in the transparent region; and a first electrode on the planarization layer. 2. The organic light emitting display device of claim 1 , further comprising a pixel defining layer on the planarization layer and partially covering the first electrode, wherein the pixel defining layer is in the light emitting region and exposes the top surface of the first insulating interlayer in the transparent region. 3. The organic light emitting display device of claim 1 , further comprising second insulating interlayer patterns on the first insulating interlayer, one of the second insulating interlayer patterns being between the drain electrode and the first insulating interlayer, wherein the second insulating interlayer patterns comprise a material that is different from the first insulating interlayer. 4. The organic light emitting display device of claim 3 , further comprising: a first conductive pattern below the first insulating interlayer and comprising a material that is identical to a material of the gate electrode; a second conductive pattern on the first insulating interlayer; and a third conductive pattern above the second conductive pattern and comprising a material that is identical to a material of the drain electrode, wherein another one of the second insulating interlayer patterns is between the second conductive pattern and the third conductive pattern. 5. The organic light emitting display device of claim 4 , wherein the second insulating interlayer patterns comprise a material that has a higher dielectric constant than a material of the first insulating interlayer, and have a thickness that is less than a thickness of the first insulating interlayer. 6. The organic light emitting display device of claim 5 , wherein the second insulating interlayer patterns comprise silicon nitride, and the first insulating interlayer is a single layer comprising silicon oxide. 7. The organic light emitting display device of claim 5 , wherein the second insulating interlayer patterns are in the light emitting region and expose the transparent region. 8. The organic light emitting display device of claim 4 , wherein the first conductive pattern, the second conductive pattern, and the first insulating interlayer therebetween constitute a first capacitor, the second conductive pattern, the third conductive pattern, and the other one of the second insulating interlayer patterns therebetween constitute a second capacitor, and the first capacitor and the second capacitor overlap each other when viewed from a direction substantially perpendicular to a top surface of the substrate. 9. The organic light emitting display device of claim 8 , wherein the first capacitor is a C-hold capacitor and the second capacitor is a storage capacitor. 10. An organic light emitting display device comprising: a substrate including a plurality of pixel regions each including a light emitting region and a transparent region; a first gate electrode in the light emitting region; a first insulating interlayer covering the first gate electrode and extending from the light emitting region to the transparent region; a second gate electrode in the light emitting region and on the first insulating interlayer; a second insulating interlayer covering the second gate electrode and extending from the light emitting region to the transparent region; a first drain electrode on the second insulating interlayer and constituting a first transistor in conjunction with the first gate electrode; a second drain electrode on the second insulating interlayer and constituting a second transistor in conjunction with the second gate electrode; a planarization layer covering the first transistor and the second transistor, the planarization layer exposing a top surface of the second insulating interlayer in the transparent region; and a first electrode on the planarization layer. 11. The organic light emitting display device of claim 10 , further comprising: third insulating interlayer patterns on the second insulating interlayer, a first one of the third insulating interlayer patterns being between the first drain electrode and the second insulating interlayer, and a second one of the third insulating interlayer patterns being between the second drain electrode and the second insulating interlayer, wherein the third insulating interlayer patterns comprise a material that is different from the second insulating interlayer. 12. The organic light emitting display device of claim 11 , wherein the third insulating interlayer patterns comprise silicon nitride, and the first insulating interlayer and the second insulating interlayer comprise silicon oxide. 13. The organic light emitting display device of claim 11 , further comprising: a first conductive pattern below the first insulating interlayer and comprising a material that is identical to a material of the first gate electrode; a second conductive pattern on the first insulating interlayer and comprising a material that is identical to a material of the first gate electrode; and a third conductive pattern on a third one of the third insulating interlayer patterns and comprising a material that is identical to a material of the first drain electrode. 14. The organic light emitting display device of claim 13 , wherein the first conductive pattern, the second conductive pattern, and the first insulating interlayer therebetween constitute a first capacitor, the second conductive pattern, the third conductive pattern, and the second insulating interlayer therebetween constitute a second capacitor, and the first capacitor and the second capacitor overlap each other when viewed from a direction substantially perpendicular to a top surface of the substrate. 15. An organic light emitting display device having a plurality of pixel regions each including a light emitting region and a transparent region, the display device comprising: a substrate; a semiconductor pattern on the substrate: a gate electrode on the semiconductor pattern in the light emitting region, the gate electrode being insulated from the semiconductor pattern; a first insulating interlayer covering the gate electrode and extending from the light emitting region to the transparent region; a drain electrode on the first insulating interlayer, the drain electrode being electrically connected to the semiconductor pattern, the drain electrode constituting a transistor in conjunction with the semiconductor pattern and the gate electrode; a planarization layer covering the transistor and having a first opening in the transparent region; a first electrode on the planarization layer in the light emitting region, the first electrode being electrically connected to the drain electrode; and a pixel defining layer on the first electrode, the pixel defining layer having a second opening in the transparent region, wherein the first opening fully overlaps the second opening.
