What is claimed is: 1. A touch panel comprising: at least one first electrode pattern including a plurality of electrode lines arranged in a first direction; and at least one second electrode pattern including a plurality of electrode lines arranged in a second direction crossing the first direction, wherein each of the first and second electrode patterns includes a center electrode line and a first electrode line positioned on a side of the center electrode line, wherein a first space separates the center electrode line from the first electrode line, and wherein the first electrode pattern and the second electrode pattern are separated from each other in a third direction perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction. 2. The touch panel of claim 1 , wherein each of the first and second electrode patterns further includes a second electrode line positioned on the side of the center electrode line, and wherein a second space separates the first electrode line from the second electrode line, and the first space is different from the second space. 3. The touch panel of claim 2 , wherein a width of the center electrode line is different from each of a width of the first electrode line and a width of the other of the second electrode line. 4. The touch panel of claim 3 , wherein the center electrode line is wider than the first electrode line, and the first electrode line is wider than the second electrode line. 5. The touch panel of claim 3 , wherein the center electrode line is narrower than the first electrode line, and the first electrode line is narrower than the second electrode line. 6. The touch panel of claim 2 , wherein the first space is smaller than the second space. 7. The touch panel of claim 2 , wherein the first space is larger than the second space. 8. The touch panel of claim 2 , wherein the first space is constant over a full length of the center electrode line, and the second space is constant over a full length of the one of the first electrode line. 9. The touch panel of claim 2 , wherein a first flat plate formed by the at least one first electrode pattern and a second flat plate formed by the at least one second electrode pattern form separate layers. 10. The touch panel of claim 2 , wherein each of the center electrode line and the first and second electrode lines has a constant width over a full length thereof. 11. An input recognition device using a touch panel, comprising: the touch panel, including at least one first electrode pattern including a plurality of electrode lines arranged in a first direction and at least one second electrode pattern including a plurality of electrode lines arranged in a second direction crossing the first direction, wherein each of the first and second electrode patterns includes a center electrode line and a first electrode line positioned on a side of the center electrode line, a first space separates the center electrode line from the first electrode line, and the touch panel is configured to output a signal according to a touch input; and a control unit, configured to determine a position of the touch input based on the signal output from the touch panel, wherein the first electrode pattern and the second electrode pattern are separated from each other in a third direction perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction. 12. The input recognition device of claim 11 , wherein each of the first and second electrode patterns further includes a second electrode line positioned on the side of the center electrode line, and wherein a second space separates the first electrode line from the second electrode line, and the first space is different from the second space. 13. The input recognition device of claim 12 , wherein a width of the center electrode line is different from each of a width of the first electrode line and a width of the second electrode line. 14. The input recognition device of claim 13 , wherein the center electrode line is wider than the first electrode line, and the first electrode line is wider than the second electrode line. 15. The input recognition device of claim 13 , wherein the center electrode line is narrower than the first electrode line, and the first electrode line are narrower than the second electrode line. 16. The input recognition device of claim 12 , wherein the first space is smaller than the second space. 17. The input recognition device of claim 12 , wherein the first space is larger than the second space. 18. The input recognition device of claim 12 , wherein the first space is constant over a full length of the center electrode line, and the second space is constant over a full length of the first electrode line. 19. The input recognition device of claim 12 , wherein a first flat plate formed by the at least one first electrode pattern and a second flat plate formed by the at least one second electrode pattern form separate layers. 20. The input recognition device of claim 12 , wherein each of the center electrode line and the first and second electrode lines has a constant width over a full length thereof.
