What is claimed is: 1. A compound which is: or a tautomer thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 2. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound, or tautomer thereof, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, according to claim 1 and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients. 3. A method of treating ulcerative colitis comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of the compound, or tautomer thereof, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, according to claim 1 to a human in need thereof. 4. A method of treating Crohn's disease comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of the compound, or tautomer thereof, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, according to claim 1 to a human in need thereof. 5.
