What is claimed is: 1. A wearable device, comprising: a wearable device structure, the wearable device structure including a first end and a second end; an electronic device coupled to the wearable device structure, subsystem, the electronic device including a payment activity manager configured to receive from a user payment configuration parameters for each of a designated third party to receive payments, the payment activity manager including a designated third party payment data base that includes designated third party settings with third party IP addresses, payment sources for each of a designated third party, and method of payment, the payment activity manager performing a comparison for each of a designated third party to receive a payment, the payment activity manager performing an authentication of a designated third party for a payment and a tracking of payments for each of a payment transaction to the one or more designated third parties including an initiation of a payment and a conclusion of a payment from the user, the payment activity manager associating one or more transaction contexts of a designated third party payment prior to payment, the payment activity manager configured to adjust payment settings made by the user or requested by a designated third party to receive payments; an electronic circuitry coupled to the one or more sensors; and a power receiving device at the electronic device. 2. The device of claim 1 , wherein the power transmitting device is coupled to a power source. 3. The device of claim 2 , wherein the power transmission device in operation receives power from the power source and is configured to transmit a wireless signal to the power receiving device. 4. The device of claim 2 , wherein the power source is any type of power source. 5. The device of claim 1 , wherein the power transmission device and the power receiving device are at a telemetry system associated with the electronic device. 6. The device of claim 1 , wherein the power receiving device receives electrical charge wirelessly from the power transmission device. 7. The device of claim 1 , wherein the power transmission device is coupled to or includes a communication interface that couples the power transmission device through a Network System, or any other communication system. 8. The device of claim 1 , the power transmitting device transmits a wireless energy signal to the power receiving device. 9. The device of claim 8 , wherein the wireless energy signal is one or more energy signals transmitted at frequencies that different from an audio band. 10. The device of claim 8 , wherein the wireless energy signal is in the range of 1520 MHz to 40 MHz. 11. The device of claim 1 , wherein the power transmission device broadcasts a directional signal that is detected by the power receiving device. 12. The device of claim 1 , wherein a wireless energy signal is transmitted in response to a request from the power receiving device. 13. The device of claim 12 , wherein after receiving the wireless energy signal, the power receiving device transmits a feedback signal to the power transmission device. 14. The device of claim 13 , wherein the feedback signal is a part of a bi-directional communication signal transmitted between the power transmission device and the power receiving device. 15. The device of claim 1 , wherein the power transmission device includes at least one of, a power module, a control module, a data communication module, and a shutoff module. 16. The device of claim 1 , wherein the power receiving device includes a power receiving module. 17. The device of claim 16 , wherein the power receiving module includes power delivery components that are configured to perform at least one of, transform power received from a power source and convert power received from a power source. 18. The device of claim 16 , wherein the power receiving module is configured to transmit one or more frequencies of energy signals. 19. The device of claim 1 , wherein the power receiving device includes a power monitoring module. 20. The device of claim 1 , wherein the power receiving device includes a feedback module. 21. The device of claim 1 , wherein the power receiving device is coupled to a data communication module. 22. The device of claim 1 , wherein the power receiving device is coupled to an energy storage module. 23. The device of claim 1 , wherein the power receiving device includes a data communication module configured to communicate with the power receiving device. 24. The device of claim 23 , wherein the data communication module is configured to communicate energy signal frequency information to the power receiving device. 25. The device of claim 1 , wherein the power transmission device and the power receiving device establish a two way communication, wherein information of any type can exchanged between the two devices.
