An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display, including a flexible substrate bent in a first direction, an OLED arranged on the flexible substrate, a first thin film transistor connected to the OLED and including a first channel area extending in a second direction crossing the first direction, and one or more additional thin film transistors connected to the first thin film transistor and including corresponding additional channel areas extending in the second direction.

What is claimed is: 1. An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display device, comprising: a flexible substrate bent in a first direction and having a pixel region; an organic light emitting diode of a pixel in the pixel region arranged on the flexible substrate; a driving thin film transistor connected to the organic light emitting diode and including a driving channel area extending in a second direction that crosses the first direction; at least one additional thin film transistor comprising a semiconducting layer connected to a semiconductor layer of the driving thin film transistor and at least one additional channel area extending in the second direction; a first organic insulation layer covering the driving channel area and the at least one additional channel area; and a second organic insulation layer covering a first gate electrode, wherein the at least one additional thin film transistor is a switching thin film transistor of the pixel in the pixel region. 2. The OLED display device of claim 1 , wherein: the flexible substrate has a rectangular shape, and the first direction is a parallel direction to a long side of the flexible substrate. 3. The OLED display device of claim 1 , the first and second organic insulation layers covering the driving channel area and the at least one additional channel area, respectively. 4. The OLED display device of claim 3 , the first and second organic insulation layers having an island shape. 5. The OLED display device of claim 1 , further comprising: a first scan line extending in the second direction on the flexible substrate; a second scan line spaced apart from the first scan line and extending in the second direction; an initial power supply line spaced apart from the second scan line and extending in the second direction; a light emission control line spaced apart from the initial power supply line and extending in the second direction; a data line extending in the first direction on the flexible substrate; and a driving power supply line spaced apart from the data line and extending in the first direction. 6. The OLED display device of claim 5 , wherein: the at least one additional thin film transistor includes a plurality of additional thin film transistors, the driving thin film transistor includes the first gate electrode arranged on the driving channel area, the plurality of additional thin film transistors include: a second thin film transistor including a second gate electrode connected to the first scan line and a second channel area connecting the data line to the driving channel area and extending in the second direction; a third thin film transistor including a third gate electrode connected to the first scan line and a third channel area connecting the driving channel area to the first gate electrode of the driving thin film transistor and extending in the second direction; a fourth thin film transistor including a fourth gate electrode connected to the second scan line and a fourth channel area connecting the initial power supply line to the first gate electrode and extending in the second direction; a fifth thin film transistor including a fifth gate electrode connected to the light emission control line and a fifth channel area connecting the driving power supply line to the driving channel area and extending in the second direction; and a sixth thin film transistor including a sixth gate electrode connected to the light emission control line and a sixth channel area connecting the driving channel area to the organic light emitting diode and extending in the second direction. 7. The OLED display device of claim 1 , wherein: the OLED includes a first electrode connected to the driving thin film transistor; an organic emission layer arranged on the first electrode; and a second electrode arranged on the organic emission layer, wherein each of the first and second organic insulation layers are arranged between the OLED and the flexible substrate. 8. The OLED display device of claim 1 , the second direction being orthogonal to the first direction. 9. The OLED display device of claim 1 , the flexible substrate being comprised of polyimide. 10. The OLED display device of claim 1 , the first direction being a longitudinal direction of the flexible substrate, when the flexible substrate is bent in the first direction, a bending line extending along the second direction of the flexible substrate and being parallel to a lengthwise direction of each of the driving channel area and the at least one additional channel areas. 11. The OLED display device of claim 10 , the second direction is orthogonal to the first direction. 12. An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display device, comprising: a flexible substrate bent in a first direction and having a pixel region; an organic light emitting diode of a pixel in the pixel region arranged on the flexible substrate; a driving thin film transistor connected to the organic light emitting diode and including a driving channel area extending in a second direction that crosses the first direction; at least one additional thin film transistor comprising a semiconducting layer connected to a semiconductor layer of the driving thin film transistor and at least one additional channel area extending in the second direction; a first inorganic insulating layer covering the driving channel area and each of the at least one additional channel area; and a second inorganic insulating layer arranged on the first inorganic insulating layer, wherein the at least one additional thin film transistor is a switching thin film transistor of the pixel in the pixel region. 13. The OLED display device of claim 12 , each of the driving thin film transistor and the additional thin film transistors including a gate electrode arranged over a channel area, the first inorganic insulating layer being interposed between the gate electrode and the channel area of each of the driving and additional thin film transistors.
