We claim: 1. A fibromodulin (FMOD) reprogrammed (FReP) cell, generated by a method comprising: treating a human cell with a cell culture medium for a period ranging from a day to a month, and changing the cell culture medium regularly until the FReP cell forms; wherein the medium comprises fibromodulin (FMOD), the FReP cell expresses NANOG and does not form teratoma, and wherein the human cell is a fibroblast cell. 2. The FReP cell according to claim 1 , wherein the FMOD has a concentration from about 200 nM to about 800 nM. 3. The FReP cell according to claim 1 , wherein the human cell is a BJ fibroblast or primary adult normal human dermal fibroblast (NHDF). 4. A composition comprising the FReP cell of claim 1 . 5. The composition of claim 4 , which is a pharmaceutical or cosmetic composition.
