A cleaning cart is provided that includes a base, a plurality of wheels and a storage region depending from the base, and a bucket restraining device. The base has a first side wall, a second side wall, and a front wall, the base having at least one portion configured to receive a bucket thereon. The bucket restraining device has a lateral restraining wall and a rear restraining wall that cooperate to define a first restraining region and a second restraining region. The first restraining region is defined by the first side wall, the front wall, the lateral restraining wall, and a portion of the rear restraining wall. The second restraining region is defined by the second side wall, the front wall, the lateral restraining wall, and a different portion of rear restraining wall.

What is claimed is: 1. A cleaning cart, comprising: a base having a floor, a set of side walls, and a front wall; a plurality of wheels depending from the base; a storage region depending from the floor of the base so as to define a gutter between opposite sides of the storage region and the set of side walls and between a front of the storage region and the front wall; and a plurality of tool holders depending from one or more of the opposite sides of the storage region, wherein the storage region has a width that is smaller than a width of the base by a distance sufficient to ensure the plurality of tool holders are configured to hold tools over the gutter region and within the width of base, wherein the floor has at least a portion that slopes toward the front wall. 2. The cleaning cart of claim 1 , wherein the entire floor slopes toward the front wall. 3. The cleaning cart of claim 1 , further comprising a removable drain plug at or near the front wall. 4. The cleaning cart of claim 1 , further comprising a first restraining region defined by a portion of the front wall, a portion of one of the set of side walls, a portion of a rear restraining wall, and a first side of a lateral restraining wall, the first restraining region being sized and positioned to simultaneously receive two wheels of a mop bucket. 5. The cleaning cart of claim 4 , further comprising a second restraining region defined by a different portion of the front wall, a portion of a different one of the set of side walls, a different portion of the rear restraining wall, and a second side of the lateral restraining wall, the second restraining region being sized and positioned to simultaneously receive only one wheel of the mop bucket. 6. The cleaning cart of claim 5 , wherein one or more of the lateral restraining wall, the first portion of the rear restraining wall, and the second portion of the rear restraining wall is movably positioned to allow adjustment in a size of the first and/or second restraining regions. 7. The cleaning cart of claim 5 , wherein the first and second portions of the rear restraining wall are movably positioned to allow adjustment in a size of the first and/or second restraining regions. 8. The cleaning cart of claim 1 , further comprising a trash receptacle holder on the front of the storage region, wherein the holder includes a pair of openings that receive a strap or cord positionable around a trash receptacle. 9. The cleaning cart of claim 1 , wherein the storage region that has a main region and a rear portion region. 10. The cleaning cart of claim 9 , wherein the main region comprises one or more shelf sections. 11. The cleaning cart of claim 9 , wherein the rear portion region comprises a feature selected from the group consisting of a trash bag, a soft storage compartment, a push handle, and an upper rail. 12. The cleaning cart of claim 9 , wherein the main region has the width that is smaller than the width of the base, and wherein the rear portion region has a width that is larger than the width of the main region. 13. The cleaning cart of claim 12 , wherein the width of the rear portion region is smaller than the width of the base. 14. A cleaning cart, comprising: a base having a floor, a set of side walls, and a front wall; a plurality of wheels depending from the base; a storage region depending from the floor of the base so as to define a gutter between opposite sides of the storage region and the set of side walls and between a front of the storage region and the front wall; and a plurality of tool holders depending from one or more of the opposite sides of the storage region, wherein the storage region has a width that is smaller than a width of the base by a distance sufficient to ensure the plurality of tool holders are configured to hold tools over the gutter region and within the width of base, wherein the base further comprises a rear wall portion at opposite sides of the storage region, the rear wall portions being defined by a sloped region that slopes towards the front wall. 15. The cleaning cart of claim 14 , wherein the rear wall portions are defined above a rear set of the plurality of wheels. 16. A cleaning cart, comprising: a base having a floor, a set of side walls, and a front wall; a plurality of wheels depending from the base; a storage region depending from the floor of the base so as to define a gutter between opposite sides of the storage region and the set of side walls and between a front of the storage region and the front wall; a plurality of tool holders depending from one or more of the opposite sides of the storage region, wherein the storage region has a width that is smaller than a width of the base by a distance sufficient to ensure the plurality of tool holders are configured to hold tools over the gutter region and within the width of base; and a plurality of tool holder openings on the storage region, wherein the plurality of tool holders are removably secured in the plurality of tool holder openings, respectively. 17. The cleaning cart of claim 16 , further comprising at least one tool holder removably positioned simultaneously in two of the plurality of tool holder openings. 18. The cleaning cart of claim 16 , wherein the plurality of tool holder openings are at different horizontal and vertical levels on the storage region. 19. The cleaning cart of claim 16 , wherein the plurality of tool holder openings are integrally molded on the storage region. 20. A cleaning cart, comprising: a base having a floor, a set of side walls, and a front wall; a plurality of wheels depending from the base; a storage region depending from the floor of the base so as to define a gutter between opposite sides of the storage region and the set of side walls and between a front of the storage region and the front wall; a plurality of tool holders depending from one or more of the opposite sides of the storage region, wherein the storage region has a width that is smaller than a width of the base by a distance sufficient to ensure the plurality of tool holders are configured to hold tools over the gutter region and within the width of base; and a trash receptacle holder on the front of the storage region, wherein the holder includes a pair of openings that receive a strap or cord positionable around a trash receptacle, wherein the trash receptacle holder is removably secured in a tool holder opening on the front of the storage region.
