What is claimed is: 1. The compound for an organic optoelectric device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the compound is represented by one of the following Chemical Formula 1 to Chemical Formula 6: wherein, in the above Chemical Formula 1 to Chemical Formula 6, X 1 to X 9 are each independently CR a or N, provided that all X 1 to X 9 are CR a or one of X 1 to X 9 is N, Y is O, S, SO 2 , PO, or N-L 2 -R 4 , L 1 and L 2 are each independently a single bond, a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C30 alkylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C3 to C30 cycloalkylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C3 to C30 heterocycloalkylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C30 arylene group, or a substituted or unsubstituted C3 to C30 heteroarylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C30 aryleneamine group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C30 heteroaryleneamine group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C30 alkoxylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C30 aryloxylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C2 to C30 alkenylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C2 to C30 alkynylene group, or a combination thereof, and R 1 to R 6 and R a are each independently hydrogen, deuterium, a halogen, a cyano group, a hydroxyl group, an amino group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 amine group, a nitro group, a carboxyl group, a ferrocenyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C30 aryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C2 to C30 heteroaryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 alkoxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C20 aryloxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted C3 to C40 silyloxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 acyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C2 to C20 alkoxycarbonyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C2 to C20 acyloxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted C2 to C20 acylamino group, a substituted or unsubstituted C2 to C20 alkoxycarbonylamino group, a substituted or unsubstituted C7 to C20 aryloxycarbonylamino group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 sulfamoylamino group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 sulfonyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 alkylthiol group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C20 arylthiol group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 heterocyclothiol group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 ureide group, a substituted or unsubstituted C3 to C40 silyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C3 to C40 fused ring-containing group, or a combination thereof. 3.
