The present invention provides a new compound and an organic electronic device using the same. The compound according to the present invention may serve as hole injection, hole transporting, electron injection and transporting, and light emitting materials and the like in an organic electronic device comprising an organic light emitting device, and the organic electronic device according to the present invention shows excellent properties in terms of efficiency, driving voltage and service life.

The invention claimed is: 1. A compound represented by any one of the following Formulas: 2. An organic electronic device, comprising: a first electrode; a second electrode; and one or more organic material layers disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein one or more layers of the organic material layers comprise the compound represented by any one of the Formulas 1-10, 1-11, 1-14, 1-16, 1-18, 1-22, 1-23, and 1-24 of claim 1 . 3. The organic electronic device of claim 2 , wherein the organic material layer comprises one or more layers of a hole injection layer, a hole transporting layer, and a layer which injects and transports holes simultaneously, and one or more layers of the layers comprise the compound represented by any one of the Formulas 1-10, 1-11, 1-14, 1-16, 1-18, 1-22, 1-23, and 1-24. 4. The organic electronic device of claim 2 , wherein the organic material layer comprises a light emitting layer, and the light emitting layer comprises the compound represented by any one of the Formulas 1-10, 1-11, 1-14, 1-16, 1-18, 1-22, 1-23, and 1-24. 5. The organic electronic device of claim 2 , wherein the organic material layer comprises one or more layers of an electron transporting layer, an electron injection layer, and a layer which transports and injects electrons simultaneously, and one or more layers of the layers comprise the compound represented by any one of the Formulas 1-10, 1-11, 1-14, 1-16, 1-18, 1-22, 1-23, and 1-24. 6. The organic electronic device of claim 2 , wherein the organic electronic device is selected from the group consisting of an organic light emitting device, an organic phosphorescence device, an organic solar cell, an organic photoconductor (OPC) and an organic transistor.
