What is claimed: 1. A compound of Formula I, or a stereoisomer thereof, wherein R 1 is hydrogen; and R 2 is halogen, O—C(O)phenyl, O—C(O)C 1-6 alkyl, or C 1-6 alkyl, or wherein R 1 and R 2 together form ═CR 3 R 4 or ═NR 5 wherein R 3 and R 4 are independently hydrogen or C 1-6 alkyl, and R 5 is O—C 1-6 alkyl; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 2. The compound of claim 1 , or a stereoisomer thereof, wherein R 2 is halogen. 3. The compound of claim 2 , or a stereoisomer thereof, wherein R 2 is F. 4. The compound of claim 1 , or a stereoisomer thereof, wherein R 2 is —OC(O)phenyl. 5. The compound of claim 1 , or a stereoisomer thereof, wherein R 2 is —OC(O)C 1-6 alkyl. 6. The compound of claim 5 , or a stereoisomer thereof, wherein R 2 is —OC(O)CH 3 . 7. The compound of claim 1 , or a stereoisomer thereof, wherein R 2 is —C 1-6 alkyl. 8. The compound of claim 1 , or a stereoisomer thereof, wherein R 1 and R 2 together are ═CR 3 R 4 . 9. The compound of claim 8 , or a stereoisomer thereof, wherein R 3 and R 4 are each hydrogen. 10. The compound of claim 8 , or a stereoisomer thereof, wherein R 3 and R 4 are each C 1-6 alkyl. 11. The compound of claim 8 , or a stereoisomer thereof, wherein R 3 and R 4 are independently hydrogen and C 1-6 alkyl. 12. The compound claim 1 , or a stereoisomer thereof, wherein R 1 and R 2 together are ═NR 5 . 13. The compound of claim 12 , or a stereoisomer thereof, wherein R 5 is —OCH 3 . 14.
