What is claimed is: 1. A cosmetic dispenser for applying a product to a body comprising: a housing having a reservoir for containing the product, the housing having rigid walls; and a thermal applicator depressibly coupled in a first end of the housing, the thermal applicator being depressible from a closed position preventing the product from being dispensed to an open position allowing the product to be dispensed wherein the thermal applicator further comprises a dispensing mechanism. 2. The cosmetic dispenser according to claim 1 , wherein the cosmetic dispenser further comprises a collar fixed to the first end of the housing, the collar having a seal surface arranged around a perimeter of an aperture interconnected with a reservoir containing the product. 3. The cosmetic dispenser according to claim 1 , wherein the thermal applicator comprises a solid member, and wherein when in the open position the product is allowed to flow around an exterior of the thermal applicator to dispense the product. 4. The cosmetic dispenser according to claim 1 , wherein the thermal applicator comprises a disk shaped member having at least one planar surface. 5. The cosmetic dispenser according to claim 4 , wherein the disk shaped member further comprises a domed surface opposite the planar surface. 6. The cosmetic dispenser according to claim 1 , wherein the thermal applicator is fixed against rotation about at least one axis. 7. The cosmetic dispenser according to claim 1 , wherein the thermal applicator comprises metal, stone material, or ceramic. 8. The cosmetic dispenser according to claim 1 , wherein the dispensing mechanism comprises a pump or airless pump, a twist mechanism, or a click mechanism. 9. The cosmetic dispenser according to claim 1 , further comprising an actuator to cause the dispensing mechanism to dispense the product, the actuator comprising one of: a push-and-click button disposed on the second end of the housing, or the side of the housing; or a slide button disposed on a side of the housing to selectively actuate the dispensing mechanism. 10. The cosmetic dispenser according to claim 1 , wherein the housing comprises a tube, a tottle, or a bottle. 11. A dispenser for applying a product to a body, the dispenser comprising: a housing having a reservoir for containing a product, the housing having rigid walls; a collar fixed to a distal end of the housing; an applicator depressibly coupled in the collar, the applicator being depressible from a closed position to an open position, wherein when the applicator is in the closed position the applicator abuts a seal surface of the collar, and when the applicator is in the open position the applicator is spaced from the seal surface of the collar; and a spring disposed below the applicator biasing the applicator to the closed position wherein the applicator further comprises an inner collar fixed to the housing inside the collar, and the spring is interposed between the inner collar and the collar. 12. The dispenser according to claim 11 , wherein the applicator comprises a thermal applicator comprising at least one of metal, stone material, or ceramic. 13. The dispenser according to claim 11 , wherein the spring comprises an elastomeric member. 14. A depressible thermal tip assembly for applying a product to a body, the depressible thermal tip assembly comprising: an outer collar to be fixed distal to a housing of an applicator, the outer collar comprising: a first end opposite a second end; an aperture arranged in the first end; a seal surface arranged around a perimeter of the aperture; a thermal applicator depressibly coupled in the aperture of the outer collar, the thermal applicator being displaceable from a closed position to an open position, wherein when the thermal applicator is in the closed position the thermal applicator abuts the seal surface of the outer collar, and when the thermal applicator is in the open position the thermal applicator is spaced from the seal surface of the outer collar; an inner collar fixed distal to the housing inside the outer collar; and a spring disposed between a bottom surface of the thermal applicator and the inner collar, biasing the thermal applicator to the closed position, wherein when the thermal applicator is in the open position, the bottom surface of the thermal applicator abuts a first end of the inner collar. 15. The depressible thermal tip assembly according to claim 14 , wherein the spring comprises a coil spring. 16. The depressible thermal tip assembly according to claim 14 , wherein the thermal applicator comprises a solid member. 17. The depressible thermal tip assembly according to claim 14 , wherein the thermal applicator comprises a disk shaped member having at least one planar surface. 18. The depressible thermal tip assembly according to claim 14 , wherein the spring extends around at least a portion of the first end of the inner collar. 19. A cosmetic dispenser for applying a product to a body comprising: a housing having a first end opposite a second end; an airless pump arranged in the housing; a button to actuate the airless pump, the button having a top portion opposite a bottom portion, the bottom portion of the button displaceably coupled to the first end of the housing; and an application surface exposed within the top portion of the button for applying the product to a portion of the body, wherein the button surrounds the application surface; wherein when the button is displaced towards the housing, the product is dispensed axially, relative to the button, onto the application surface exposed in the top portion of the button. 20. A cosmetic dispenser for applying a product to a body comprising: a housing having a reservoir for storing the product; a button displaceably coupled to the housing; and a thermal applicator displaceably coupled to the button and having an application surface exposed in the button, the thermal applicator moveable axially within the button; wherein when the button is moved axially towards the housing, the product flows around an exterior of the thermal applicator onto the application surface in the button. 21. A cosmetic dispenser for applying a product to a body, the cosmetic dispenser comprising: a housing having a reservoir; an airless pump disposed in the housing to apply a vacuum to the reservoir to dispense a product from the reservoir; a button displaceably coupled to the housing and actuatable in an axial direction of the cosmetic dispenser to actuate the airless pump; and an applicator displaceably coupled within the button and depressible in the axial direction of the cosmetic dispenser, wherein the button surrounds the applicator; wherein when the button is displaced towards the housing, the product flows around an exterior of the applicator.
