Exercise devices, and related components and methods are provided. In one embodiment, an exercise device is provided having a frame, treadmill deck and a desk. The treadmill deck is movably coupled with the frame and selectively positionable between a first position wherein a user may run or walk on the treadmill deck, and a second position wherein the deck is placed in a stored position. The deck defines a running path when in the first position. The desk may move between multiple positions, including a first position wherein the desk is placed toward a front portion of the running path, and may even be positioned over a portion of the running path (or at least over a portion of the deck), and a second position where the desk is moved out of the running path. The desk may be adjusted as to height and inclination also.

What is claimed is: 1. An exercise apparatus, comprising: a frame; a treadmill deck movably coupled with the frame, the treadmill deck defining a running path; a first columnar member coupled with the frame and a second columnar member coupled with the frame; a pivoting mechanism coupled with the first columnar member; and a desk including a working surface coupled with the pivoting mechanism such that the working surface is selectively pivotably displaceable from a first position, wherein the working surface is positioned over the running path such that the working surface is supported by the first columnar member and the second columnar member, to a second position, wherein the working surface is displaced away from being over the running path such that the working surface is supported by the first columnar member and is no longer supported by the second columnar member; and wherein the working surface remains substantially within a common substantially horizontal plane as it moves from the first position to the second position. 2. The exercise apparatus of claim 1 , wherein each of the first columnar member and the second columnar member includes an upper portion and a lower portion, wherein the upper portion is selectively displaceable relative to the lower portion. 3. The exercise apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the upper portion is telescopingly coupled with the lower portion. 4. The exercise apparatus of claim 2 , including at least one adjustment mechanism selectively retains and releases the upper portion of at least one of the first columnar member and the second columnar member in a desired position relative to the lower portion. 5. The exercise apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the treadmill deck is selectively displaceable between an operational position and a stored position. 6. The exercise apparatus of claim 5 , wherein the working surface has a capability of being placed in the first position when the treadmill deck is in either the operational position or the stored position. 7. The exercise apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising at least one input device and at least one output device integrated into the desk. 8. The exercise apparatus of claim 7 , wherein the at least one input device includes at least one of a switch or a button. 9. The exercise apparatus of claim 7 , wherein the at least one output device includes a display. 10. An exercise apparatus comprising: a base frame; a treadmill deck hingedly coupled with the base frame, the treadmill deck including a deck frame, a pair of spaced apart rollers coupled to the deck frame, and a circuitous belt extending about the pair of the spaced apart rollers, the treadmill deck being pivotally displaceable relative to the base frame from a first operable position wherein the treadmill deck defines a running path to a second position wherein the treadmill deck is in a stored state; a first columnar member coupled with the base frame; a second columnar member coupled with the base frame; a first support arm coupled with the first columnar member; a second support arm coupled with the second columnar member; a pivoting mechanism associated with at least one of the first columnar member and the first support arm; a desk coupled with the pivoting mechanism, the desk being pivotable from a first desk position, wherein the desk is supported by the first support arm and the second support arm, to a second desk position wherein the desk is supported by the first support arm and is no longer supported by the second support arm; and wherein the desk remains substantially within a common substantially horizontal plane as it moves from the first desk position to the second desk position.
