Abstract

Official abstract text for this publication.

A vehicle brake hydraulic pressure control unit includes a base body incorporating therein a brake fluid flow path and an electromagnetic valve which is an assembled part assembled into a mounting hole portion which is formed in the base body in such a manner as to communicate with the flow path. A hole wall of the mounting hole portion has a plastically deformed portion formed by pressing the hole wall in a downward direction of the mounting hole portion. A locking groove for the plastically deformed portion to enter is formed on an outer circumferential surface of the electromagnetic valve. An outside diameter of the electromagnetic valve at an upper side of the locking groove is made smaller than an outside diameter of the electromagnetic valve at a lower side of the locking groove.

What is claimed: 1. A vehicle brake hydraulic pressure control unit comprising: a base body including a brake fluid flow path, and a mounting hole portion that communicates with the flow path, a side portion, a stepped portion, and a recessed portion; and an assembled part assembled into the mounting hole portion of the base body, wherein a hole wall of the mounting hole portion includes a plastically deformed portion, a locking groove to which the plastically deformed portion enters is formed on an outer circumferential surface of the assembled part, an inner circumferential surface of the mounting hole portion makes in contact with an outer circumferential surface of a cylindrical first portion of the assembled part on an upper side of the locking groove, an outside diameter of the outer circumferential surface of the first portion of the assembled part is smaller than that of a second portion of the assembled part on a lower side of the locking groove, the side portion, the stepped portion and the recess portion of the base body are disposed above the locking groove of the assembled part, the side portion includes an upper surface, one side surface making up a part of the inner circumferential surface of the mounting hole portion and making contact with the outer circumferential surface of the first portion of the assembled part, and another side surface being opposite to the one side surface and extending from the upper surface of the side portion to a bottom surface of the stepped portion, the stepped portion is disposed between the side portion and the recessed portion, and the upper surface of the side portion and a bottom surface of the recessed portion are located at higher positions than the bottom surface of the stepped portion. 2. The vehicle brake hydraulic pressure control unit according to claim 1 , wherein the plastically deformed portion is formed by pressing the hole wall in a downward direction. 3. The vehicle brake hydraulic pressure control unit according to claim 1 , wherein the recessed portion surrounds the opening of the mounting hole portion. 4. The vehicle brake hydraulic pressure control unit according to claim 1 , wherein the stepped portion is formed in the mounting hole portion, and a bottom surface of the stepped portion is closer to the locking groove than that of the recessed portion. 5. The vehicle brake hydraulic pressure control unit according to claim 1 , wherein the assembled part further includes a third portion on being disposed an upper side of the first portion of the assembled part and being chamfered. 6. A vehicle brake hydraulic pressure control unit comprising: a base body including a brake fluid flow path, a mounting hole portion that communicates with the flow path, a side portion, a stepped portion, and a recessed portion; and an assembled part assembled into the mounting hole portion of the base body, wherein a hole wall of the mounting hole portion includes a plastically deformed portion, the assembled part includes a lid portion that closes an opening of the mounting hole portion, a locking groove to which the plastically deformed portion enters is formed on an outer circumferential surface of the lid portion of the assembled part, the lid portion includes an upper lid adjacent to the locking groove on an upper side of the locking groove, and a lower lid adjacent to the locking groove on a lower side of the locking groove, an inner circumferential surface of the mounting hole portion makes in contact with an outer circumferential surface of the upper lid, an outside diameter of the outer circumferential surface of the upper lid is smaller than that of the lower lid, the side portion, the stepped portion and the recess portion of the base body are disposed above the locking groove of the assembled part, the side portion includes an upper surface one side surface making up a part of the inner circumferential surface of the mounting hole portion and making contact with the outer circumferential surface of the upper lid, and another side surface being opposite to the one side surface and extending from the upper surface of the side portion to a bottom surface of the stepped portion, the stepped portion is disposed between the side portion and the recessed portion, and the upper surface of the side portion and a bottom surface of the recessed portion are located at higher positions than the bottom surface of the stepped portion. 7. The vehicle brake hydraulic pressure control unit according to claim 6 , wherein the plastically deformed portion is formed by pressing the hole wall in a downward direction. 8. The vehicle brake hydraulic pressure control unit according to claim 6 , wherein the upper lid is cylindrical. 9. The vehicle brake hydraulic pressure control unit according to claim 8 , wherein the recessed portion surrounds an opening of the mounting hole portion. 10. The vehicle brake hydraulic pressure control unit according to claim 8 , wherein a portion of the lid portion on an upper side of the upper lid is chamfered. 11. A vehicle brake hydraulic pressure control unit comprising: a base body including a brake fluid flow path, and a mounting hole portion that communicates with the flow path, a side portion, a stepped portion, and a recessed portion; and an assembled part assembled into the mounting hole portion of the base body, wherein a hole wall of the mounting hole portion includes a plastically deformed portion, a locking groove to which the plastically deformed portion enters is formed on an outer circumferential surface of the assembled part, an inner circumferential surface of the mounting hole portion makes in contact with an outer circumferential surface of a cylindrical first portion of the assembled part on an upper side of the locking groove, an outside diameter of the outer circumferential surface of the first portion of the assembled part is smaller than that of a second portion of the assembled part on a lower side of the locking groove, the side portion, the stepped portion and the recess portion of the base body are disposed above the locking groove of the assembled part, the side portion includes an upper surface one side surface making up a part of the inner circumferential surface of the mounting hole portion and making contact with the outer circumferential surface of the first portion of the assembled part, and another side surface being opposite to the one side surface and extending from the upper surface of the side portion to a bottom surface of the stepped portion, the stepped portion is disposed between the side portion and the recessed portion, and the stepped portion is disposed below the upper surface of the side portion.
