A relay method includes transmitting, by a first apparatus in a ring network, a first control frame in which information of the first apparatus is stored, through a first port different from a second port where a communication failure is detected; receiving, by a second apparatus in the ring network, the first control frame through a third port, when the communication failure does not occur at a side of a fourth port different from the third port: storing information of the second apparatus in the first control frame; and transmitting the first control frame through the fourth port; and when the communication failure occurs at the side of the fourth port, determining whether a data frame flowing into the ring network is affected by the communication failure for every VLAN (virtual local area network) based on the first control frame; and switching a communication path set in an affected VLAN.

What is claimed is: 1. A relay method executed by a plurality of computers included in a ring network, the relay method comprising: transmitting, by a first computer among the plurality of computers, a first control frame in which information of the first computer is stored, through a first port different from a second port where a communication failure is detected; receiving, by a second computer among the plurality of computers, the first control frame through a third port; when the communication failure does not occur at a side of a fourth port of the second computer, the fourth port being different from the third port, storing information of the second computer in the first control frame, and transmitting the first control frame through the fourth port; when the communication failure occurs at the side of the fourth port, determining, by the second computer, whether a communication path of a data frame flowing into the ring network includes a path where the communication failure occurred for every virtual local area network (VLAN) based on the first control frame; and switching, by the second computer, the communication path to another communication path when determining that the communication path includes the path where the communication failure occurred. 2. The relay method according to claim 1 , wherein information of the first computer and the information of the second computer include priority information indicating information of a priority of the communication path to be switched when the communication failure occurs, and the switching includes switching the communication path to the another communication path based on the priority information. 3. The relay method according to claim 2 , wherein the first control frame stores information representing which port the data frame flows through, among the first port and the second port, in association with the priority information. 4. The relay method according to claim 1 , further comprising, when determining that the communication path includes the path where the communication failure occurred, transmitting, by the second computer, a second control frame to stop flowing of a data frame relayed along a communication path that does not include the path where the communication failure occurred, into the ring network from outside of the ring network by switching the communication path of the relayed data frame to another communication path. 5. The relay method according to claim 4 , further comprising, when determining that the communication path includes the path where the communication failure occurred, transmitting, by the second computer, a third control frame to cause the plurality of computers to switch the communication path to another communication path to bypass the path where the communication failure occurred. 6. The relay method according to claim 5 , wherein the transmitting of the first control frame, the second control frame and the third control frame include transmitting the first control frame at first, transmitting the second control frame next, and finally transmitting the third control frame. 7. The relay method according to claim 5 , further comprising, when recovery from the communication failure is detected, transmitting, by the second computer, a fourth control frame to cause the plurality of computers to switch the another communication path to the communication path. 8. The relay method according to claim 7 , further comprising, wherein, when the recovery from the communication failure is detected, transmitting, by the second computer, a fifth control frame to cause the plurality of computers to halt the stop of the flowing of the data frame into the ring network from the outside of the ring network. 9. The relay method according to claim 8 , wherein the transmitting of the fourth control frame, the fifth control frame include transmitting the fourth control frame at first and finally transmit the fifth control frame. 10. A relay system, comprising: an optical fiber; and relay apparatuses configured to be coupled to each other via the optical fiber in a ring network; wherein a relay apparatus includes: a first computer configured to transmit a first control frame in which information of the first computer is stored, through a first port different from a second port where a communication failure is detected; and a second computer coupled to the first computer and configured to: receive the first control frame through a third port; when the communication failure does not occur at a side of a fourth port of the second computer, the fourth port being different from the third port, store information of the second computer in the first control frame, and transmit the first control frame through the fourth port; when the communication failure occurs at the side of the fourth port, determine whether a communication path of a data frame flowing into the ring network includes a path where the communication failure occurred for every virtual local area network (VLAN) based on the first control frame; and switch the communication path to another communication path when determining that the communication path includes the path where the communication failure occurred. 11. A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium storing a program causing a computer to execute a process, the process comprising: transmitting, by a first computer among the plurality of computers, a first control frame in which information of the first computer is stored, through a first port different from a second port where a communication failure is detected; receiving, by a second computer among the plurality of computers, the first control frame through a third port; when the communication failure does not occur at a side of a fourth port of the second computer, the fourth port being different from the third port, storing information of the second computer in the first control frame, and transmitting the first control frame through the fourth port; when the communication failure occurs at the side of the fourth port, determining, by the second computer, whether a communication path of a data frame flowing into the ring network includes a path where the communication failure occurred for every virtual local area network (VLAN) based on the first control frame; and switching, by the second computer, the communication path to another communication path when determining that the communication path includes the path where the communication failure occurred. 12. A method executed by a processor included in a node of a ring network, the relay method comprising: collecting accumulated node status information indicating a relationship between a plurality of communication paths and a plurality of nodes in the ring network from a relay node included in the ring network, when a communication failure occurs associated with a port of the relay node; determining whether a communication path of a data frame entering the computer among the plurality of communication paths includes a path where the communication failure occurred for a virtual local area network (VLAN) of the data frame based on the status information; and switching the communication path to another communication path when determining that the communication path includes the path where the communication failure occurred. 13. A method as recited in claim 12 , wherein the accumulated node status information includes priority information indicating information of a priority for each of the plurality of communication paths, and the relay method further comprising determining whether to switch the communication path to th
