What is claimed: 1. An appliance comprising: a housing comprising at least one side wall; a moveable tub member inside the housing; a dampening portion disposed around an entire circumference of the movable tub member between the moveable tub member and the at least one side wall, wherein the dampening portion comprises a resilient and stretchable lattice material formed into a sleeve that expands around the entire circumference of the movable tub member and is in physical communication with the movable tub member. 2. The appliance of claim 1 wherein the resilient and stretchable lattice material comprises a component in physical communication with the at least one side wall. 3. The appliance of claim 1 wherein the resilient and stretchable lattice material comprises at least one lattice portion. 4. The appliance of claim 1 wherein the resilient and stretchable lattice material comprises a plurality of lattice portions. 5. The appliance of claim 1 wherein the resilient and stretchable lattice material comprises at least one solid portion. 6. The appliance of claim 1 wherein the resilient and stretchable lattice material comprises first and second ends in physical communication with each other. 7. The appliance of claim 1 wherein the resilient and stretchable lattice material comprises a component in physical communication with the at least one side wall and having an air gap proximate the moveable tub member. 8. The appliance of claim 1 wherein the resilient and stretchable lattice material comprises an air gap proximate the at least one side wall. 9. The appliance of claim 1 wherein the resilient and stretchable lattice material comprises a material selected from a group consisting of a polyester, a polyester olefin blend, polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, a polyethylene terephthalate and polypropylene blend, a polybutylene terephthalate and polypropylene blend and combinations thereof. 10. The appliance of claim 1 , wherein the appliance is a clothes washer. 11. The appliance of claim 10 , wherein the resilient and stretchable lattice material reduces noise and vibration of the movable tub member of the clothes washer. 12. The appliance of claim 10 , wherein the resilient and stretchable lattice material reduces and controls horizontal motion of the movable tub member of the clothes washer. 13. The appliance of claim 10 , wherein the housing of the clothes washer comprises four side walls and a top wall having an access opening, and wherein the movable tub member is suspended vertically in the housing, and wherein the resilient and stretchable lattice material is disposed between the movable tub member and all four side walls of the housing. 14. The appliance of claim 1 , wherein the resilient and stretchable lattice material comprises a spring rate of between about 6.5 and about 102 pounds of force per 100 square inches of contact area. 15. The appliance of claim 1 , wherein the thickness of the resilient and stretchable lattice material is between about 20 mm and about 50 mm. 16. The appliance of claim 1 , wherein the resilient and stretchable lattice material comprises between about 10% and about 90% solid material and between about 90% and about 10% open space. 17. An appliance comprising: means for housing having at least one side wall; tub means inside the means for housing; means for resilient dampening disposed at least partially between the tub means and the means for housing and extending at least partially along the tub means or at least one side wall, wherein the means for resilient dampening comprises a resilient and stretchable lattice material that expands around an entire circumference of the tub means.
