It is aimed to provide a sound-absorbing material and a sound-absorbing-material equipped wiring harness capable of absorbing sound in a wide frequency range from a low frequency to a high frequency. A sound-absorbing material 1 is a laminated sheet in which a base material sheet 3 and a skin material sheet 2 having a smaller basis weight than the base material sheets 3 are laminated, the base material sheet 3 includes at least a first base material sheet 31 and a second base material sheet 32 and the skin material sheet 2 is arranged between the first and second base material sheets 31, 32 . The sound-absorbing material 1 and a wiring harness 7 are integrated into a sound-absorbing-material equipped wiring harness 6.

The invention claimed is: 1. A sound-absorbing material equipped wiring harness comprising: a laminated sound absorbing material that includes: a first non-woven fabric base material sheet having a first basis weight and comprised of a plurality of first fibers having a first diameter; a second non-woven fabric base material sheet having a second basis weight and comprised of a plurality of second fibers having a second diameter; a non-woven fabric skin material sheet laminated between the first and second base material sheets, the skin material sheet having a third basis weight smaller than the first and second basis weights and comprised of a plurality of third fibers having a third diameter different than the first and second diameters; and the sound-absorbing material equipped wiring harness further including: a wiring harness sandwiched between the skin material sheet and at least one of the base material sheets. 2. The sound-absorbing material equipped wiring harness of claim 1 , wherein the skin material sheet laminated between the first and second base material sheets is a first skin material sheet, the sound-absorbing material equipped wiring harness further comprising a second skin material sheet different from the first skin material sheet, the second skin material sheet being provided at least on an outermost surface of the laminated sound absorbing material. 3. The sound-absorbing material equipped wiring harness of claim 1 , wherein the third basis weight of the skin material sheet is in a range of 10 to 100 g/m2 and the first and second basis weights of the first and second base material sheets are in a range of 100 to 600 g/m2. 4. The sound-absorbing material equipped wiring harness of claim 1 , wherein the first basis weight and the second basis weight are equal to each other. 5. The sound-absorbing material equipped wiring harness of claim 1 , wherein the first basis weight and the second basis weight are different from each other. 6. The sound-absorbing material equipped wiring harness of claim 1 , wherein the first diameter and the second diameter are equal to each other. 7. The sound-absorbing material equipped wiring harness of claim 1 , wherein the first diameter and the second diameter are different from each other.
