That which is claimed is: 1. A sleeve valve comprising: a valve body having an inner surface and an outer surface, the inner surface and the outer surface defining an inlet, an outlet, and a body cavity between the inlet and the outlet; a sleeve disposed at least partially within the body cavity, the sleeve including at least one opening fluidly connecting the inlet to the outlet; a gate proximate to the sleeve and movable over a portion of the sleeve including the at least one opening, the gate including a front stop and a back stop; and a drive assembly including a pair of drive lines, each drive line having a drive shaft, a first drive line of the pair of drive lines including a sync cam, the sync cam of the first drive line movably positioned on the drive shaft of the first drive line and between the front stop and the back stop. 2. The sleeve valve of claim 1 , wherein the gate includes a second back stop and a second front stop. 3. The sleeve valve of claim 2 , wherein a second drive line of the pair of drive lines includes a sync cam, the sync cam of the second drive line movably positioned on the drive shaft of the second drive line and between the second back stop and the second front stop. 4. The sleeve valve of claim 1 , wherein the first drive line and a second drive line of the pair of drive lines are connected to an actuator motor. 5. The sleeve valve of claim 4 , wherein the pair of drivelines is connected to the actuator motor by a splitter. 6. The sleeve valve of claim 1 , wherein the drive shaft of the first drive line includes threading, the sync cam engaging the threading of the drive shaft. 7. The sleeve valve of claim 1 , wherein a second drive line of the pair of drive lines is positioned on an opposite side of the gate from the first drive line. 8. The sleeve valve of claim 7 , wherein the second drive line is positioned on the gate 180 degrees from the first drive line. 9. The sleeve valve of claim 1 , wherein the sync cam includes two lobes, each lobe extending from the sync cam a distance longer than a distance between the drive shaft and an outer surface of the gate. 10. The sleeve valve of claim 9 , wherein the sync cam further comprises two forward direction load balancing screws, one forward direction load balancing screw disposed on each of the two lobes of the sync cam, the two forward direction load balancing screws adjustable to contact the gate. 11. The sleeve valve of claim 1 , wherein the gate further includes an adjustment plate between the back stop and the front stop. 12. The sleeve valve of claim 1 , wherein a thickness of the sync cam is less than a distance between the back stop and the front stop. 13. The sleeve valve of claim 1 , wherein the sleeve further comprises a dome-shaped end. 14. The sleeve valve of claim 1 , wherein the back stop further comprises a backward direction load balancing screw adjustable to contact the sync cam. 15. The sleeve valve of claim 1 , wherein the portion of the sleeve including the at least one opening defines a cylindrical outer surface. 16. The sleeve valve of claim 1 , wherein each of the pair of drive lines further comprises a machine screw actuator connected to each of the pair of drive shafts. 17. The sleeve valve of claim 1 , wherein the inner surface and the outer surface of the valve body define two bores extending from the inner surface to the outer surface, each bore surrounding the drive shaft of one of the pair of drivelines, each drive shaft partially disposed within the body cavity of the valve body, each drive shaft protruding outward from the valve body through one of the two bores. 18. The sleeve valve of claim 1 , wherein the front stop and the back stop each define a drive shaft hole, a portion of the drive shaft extending through each of the drive shaft holes.
