What is claimed is: 1. A method for inducing hair growth in a subject, comprising administering to a subject in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of Formula (I): or a stereoisomer thereof; wherein R 1 is hydrogen or R la C(O)-; R 2 is hydrogen or R 2a C(O)-; R 3 is hydrogen or R 3a C(O)-; R 1a , R 2a and R 3a are independently C 1 -C 10 alkyl, C 3 -C 8 cycloalkyl, or aryl, wherein each of C 1 -C 10 alkyl, C 3 -C 8 cycloalkyl, or aryl may be unsubstituted or have one or more substituent groups; and R 4 and R 5a are independently C 1 -C 10 alkyl, C 3 -C 8 cycloalkyl, or aryl, wherein each of C 1 -C 10 alkyl, C 3 -C 8 cycloalkyl, or aryl may be unsubstituted or have one or more substituent groups; wherein the one or more substituent groups are selected from the group consisting of: (A) OH, NH 2 , SH, CN, CF 3 , NO 2 , oxo, halogen, unsubstituted alkyl, unsubstituted heteroalkyl, unsubstituted cycloalkyl, unsubstituted heterocycloalkyl, unsubstituted aryl, and unsubstituted heteroaryl, and (B) alkyl, heteroalkyl, cycloalkyl, heterocycloalkyl, aryl, and heteroaryl, substituted with at least one substituent selected from: (i) oxo, OH, NH 2 , SH, CN, CF 3 , NO 2 , halogen, unsubstituted alkyl, unsubstituted heteroalkyl, unsubstituted cycloalkyl, unsubstituted heterocycloalkyl, unsubstituted aryl, and unsubstituted heteroaryl, and (ii) alkyl, heteroalkyl, cycloalkyl, heterocycloalkyl, aryl, and heteroaryl, substituted with at least one substituent selected from: (a) oxo, OH, NH 2 , SH, CN, CF 3 , NO 2 , halogen, unsubstituted alkyl, unsubstituted heteroalkyl, unsubstituted cycloalkyl, unsubstituted heterocycloalkyl, unsubstituted aryl, and unsubstituted heteroaryl, and (b) alkyl, heteroalkyl, cycloalkyl, heterocycloalkyl, aryl, or heteroaryl, substituted with at least one substituent selected from oxo, OH, NH 2 , SH, CN, CF 3 , NO 2 , halogen, unsubstituted alkyl, unsubstituted heteroalkyl, unsubstituted cycloalkyl, unsubstituted heterocycloalkyl, unsubstituted aryl, and unsubstituted heteroaryl; provided that at least one of R 1 , R 2 and R 3 is not hydrogen. 2. The method of claim 1 , wherein said administering is topical administering. 3. The method of claim 2 , wherein said administering is topical epidermal administering. 4. The method of claim 1 , wherein said subject suffers from alopecia. 5. The method of claim 1 , wherein said subject is in need of hair growth of the cilia, the supercilia, scalp pili, or body pili. 6. The method of claim 1 , wherein said compound is of Formula (IIIb) 7. The method of claim 1 , wherein said compound is of Formula (IVa) 8. The method of claim 1 , wherein said compound is of Formula (IVb)
