The invention claimed is: 1. A portable device comprising: a first touch screen; a second touch screen; at least one processor that is configured to: control the first touch screen and the second touch screen to display first information on the first touch screen and turn off the second touch screen in a state that the first touch screen and the second touch screen are folded such that the first touch screen faces a front side and the second touch screen faces a back side; control the first touch screen and the second touch screen to maintain that the first touch screen displays the first information and the second touch screen is turned off until a folding angle between the first and second touch screens reaches a first threshold angle; and control the first touch screen and the second touch screen to turn on the second touch screen and display second information on the second touch screen, when the folding angle between the first and second touch screens reaches the first threshold angle. 2. The portable device of claim 1 , wherein the second information is an application list comprising a plurality of icons corresponding to a plurality of applications. 3. The portable device of claim 1 , wherein the first information comprises an image captured by a camera and the camera is located in a front surface of the portable device. 4. The portable device of claim 1 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to control the first touch screen and the second touch screen to display the first information on the first touch screen and display the second information on the second touch screen, and turn off the second touch screen and maintaining that the first touch screen displays the first information if the folding angle between the first and second touch screens reaches a second threshold angle. 5. The portable device of claim 1 , wherein the second information comprises a function list comprising a plurality of functions corresponding to the first information. 6. A method of controlling a portable device comprising a first touch screen and a second touch screen, the method comprising: displaying first information on the first touch screen and turning off the second touch screen in a state that the first touch screen and the second touch screen are folded such that the first touch screen faces a front side and the second touch screen faces a back side; maintaining that the first touch screen displays the first information and the second touch screen is turned off until a folding angle between the first and second touch screens reaches a first threshold angle; and turning on the second touch screen and displaying second information on the second touch screen, when the folding angle between the first and second touch screens reaches the first threshold angle. 7. The method of claim 1 , wherein the second information is an application list comprising a plurality of icons corresponding to a plurality of applications. 8. The method of claim 6 , wherein the first information comprises an image captured by a camera and the camera is located in a front surface of the portable device. 9. The method of claim 6 , further comprising: displaying the first information on the first touch screen and displaying the second information on the second touch screen; and turning off the second touch screen and maintaining that the first touch screen displays the first information if the folding angle between the first and second touch screens reaches a second threshold angle. 10. The method of claim 6 , wherein the second information comprises a function list comprising a plurality of functions corresponding to the first information.
