Compounds active on the receptor protein tyrosine kinases c-kit and/or c-fms are provided herewith. Also provided herewith are compositions useful for treatment of c-kit mediated diseases or conditions and/or c-fms-mediated diseases or conditions, and methods for the use thereof.

What is claimed is: 1. A method for treating a subject suffering from a c-kit and/or c-fms mediated disease or condition, said method comprising administering to the subject an effective amount of a compound in combination with an immunotherapy, wherein the compound is: or a salt, a prodrug, or a tautomer thereof. 2. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the disease or condition is mast cell tumor, lung cancer, testicular cancer, gastrointestinal stromal tumor, glioblastoma, astrocytoma, neuroblastoma, carcinoma of the female genital tract, sarcoma of neuroectodermal origin, colorectal carcinoma, Schwann cell neoplasia associated with neurofibromatosis, acute myeloid leukemia, acute lymphocytic leukemia, chronic myelogenous leukemia, multiple myeloma, mastocytosis, melanoma, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, prostate cancer, canine mast cell tumor, gastric carcinoma or ovarian cancer. 3. The method according to claim 2 , wherein the disease or condition is glioblastoma, prostate cancer, lung cancer, melanoma, or breast cancer. 4. The method according to claim 2 , wherein the disease or condition is glioblastoma. 5. The method according to claim 2 , wherein the disease or condition is prostate cancer. 6. The method according to claim 2 , wherein the disease or condition is lung cancer. 7. The method according to claim 2 , wherein the disease or condition is melanoma. 8. The method according to claim 2 , wherein the disease or condition is breast cancer. 9. The method according to claim 2 , wherein the disease or condition is gastric carcinoma. 10. The method according to claim 2 , wherein the disease or condition is ovarian cancer. 11. A method for treating a subject suffering from a c-kit and/or c-fms mediated disease or condition, said method comprising administering to the subject an effective amount of a compound in combination with an immunotherapy, wherein the compound is: or a salt, a prodrug, or a tautomer thereof. 12. The method of claim 11 , wherein the disease or condition is mast cell tumor, lung cancer, testicular cancer, gastrointestinal stromal tumor, glioblastoma, astrocytoma, neuroblastoma, carcinoma of the female genital tract, sarcoma of neuroectodermal origin, colorectal carcinoma, Schwann cell neoplasia associated with neurofibromatosis, acute myeloid leukemia, acute lymphocytic leukemia, chronic myelogenous leukemia, multiple myeloma, mastocytosis, melanoma, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, prostate cancer, canine mast cell tumor, gastric carcinoma or ovarian cancer. 13. The method according to claim 12 , wherein the disease or condition is glioblastoma, prostate cancer, lung cancer, melanoma, or breast cancer. 14. The method of claim 1 , wherein the compound and immunotherapy are administered simultaneously, separately or sequentially. 15. The method of claim 11 , wherein the compound and immunotherapy are administered simultaneously, separately or sequentially.
