Official abstract text for this publication.
The invention relates to a motor-driven epilation head for an epilation device for plucking hairs of the human skin. Specifically, the invention relates to an epilation head having a rotation cylinder that can be rotated about a rotation axis and includes a plurality of plucking units for capturing and plucking the hairs. Each plucking unit comprises a first clamping element, a second clamping element and a third clamping element. The first clamping element together with the second clamping element forms a first closeable plucking gap and the second clamping element together with the third clamping element forms a second closeable plucking gap. The first and the second clamping elements are movably mounted and can be jointly actuated by means of an actuation element in order to close the first and the second plucking gap. The first and the second clamping elements move in the same direction.

What is claimed is: 1. An epilation head for an epilation device, in particular for plucking hairs of the human skin, having a rotation cylinder that can be rotated about a rotation axis and comprises a plurality of plucking units for capturing and plucking the hairs, wherein each plucking unit comprises a first clamping element, a second clamping element and a third clamping element, wherein the first clamping element together with the second clamping element forms a first closeable plucking gap and the second clamping element together with the third clamping element forms a second closeable plucking gap, wherein the first and the second clamping element are movably mounted and can be jointly actuated by means of an actuation element in order to close the first and the second plucking gap, wherein the first and the second clamping element move in the same direction, wherein the third clamping element is stationary. 2. The epilation head for an epilation device according to claim 1 , in which the first clamping elements and the second clamping elements are designed as single components. 3. The epilation head for an epilation device according to claim 1 , in which the rotation axis of the rotation cylinder is positioned outside the first clamping elements and/or the second clamping elements. 4. The epilation head for an epilation device according to claim 1 , in which first spring elements which act on the first clamping element and on the second clamping element independently from the actuation elements are provided for opening the first plucking gap, and second spring elements which act on the second clamping element and on the third clamping element independently from the actuation elements are provided for opening the second plucking gap. 5. The epilation head according to claim 1 , in which the spring elements are designed as helical springs. 6. The epilation head according to claim 1 , in which a plurality of first clamping elements in each case are arranged on a common support and/or a plurality of second clamping elements in each case are arranged on a common support. 7. The epilation head according to claim 1 , in which the second clamping elements and/or the third clamping elements are arranged axially offset from one another over the circumference of the supports. 8. The epilation head according to claim 1 , in which the clamping elements are made of plastic. 9. An epilation device, in particular for plucking hairs of the human skin, having a handheld housing and a motor-driven epilation head, wherein the epilation head is designed according to claim 1 .
