Disclosed is a method for connecting a mobile communication terminal with an access point located in a local area providing a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) service in which a server managing the access point compares Media Access Control (MAC) information of the mobile communication terminal or MAC information of the access point transferred from the mobile communication terminal through a mobile communication network with MAC information previously stored in the server and transfers network setting information required for connection to the access point to the mobile communication terminal if the MAC information of the mobile communication terminal or access point is identical to the MAC information previously stored in the server.

What is claimed is: 1. A method for connecting a mobile terminal with an access point, the method comprising: broadcasting, by the mobile terminal, a message including a unique identifier for authenticating the mobile terminal to a server through the access point; transmitting, by the mobile terminal, an access request message including a unique identifier of the mobile terminal to the server through a mobile communication network; and connecting, by the mobile terminal, with the access point corresponding to a access response message in response to the access request message, wherein the access response message includes an authentication result obtained by comparing the unique identifier included in the message with the unique identifier included in the access request message from the server. 2. The method as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising transmitting the access request message to the server, using a service number corresponding to the server, inputted from a user through the mobile communication network. 3. The method as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising extracting, by the mobile terminal, network setting information for connection to the access point from the access response message, if the access response message is a message allowing the connection to the access point. 4. The method as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the connecting uses the extracted network setting information. 5. The method as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising informing rejection of the connection to the access point, if the access response message is a message rejecting the connection to the access point. 6. The method as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising connecting to the access point and then accessing a web page, if the access response message includes an address of the web page provided from the server. 7. The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the access request message comprises at least one of Media Access Control (MAC) information of the mobile terminal and MAC information of a closest access point to the mobile terminal. 8. The method as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the unique identifier of the mobile terminal comprises a MAC information of the mobile terminal. 9. A mobile terminal for connecting with an access point, the mobile terminal comprising: a wireless unit; a communication unit; and a controller for broadcasting a message including a unique identifier for authenticating the mobile terminal to a server through the access point, transmitting an access request message including a unique identifier of the mobile terminal to the server through a mobile communication network, and connecting, by the mobile terminal, with the access point corresponding to an access response message in response to the access request message, wherein the access response message includes an authentication result obtained by comparing the unique identifier included in the message with the unique identifier included in the access request message from the server. 10. The mobile terminal as claimed in claim 9 , wherein the controller transmits the access request message to the server using a service number corresponding to the server inputted from a user through the mobile communication network. 11. The mobile terminal as claimed in claim 9 , wherein the controller extracts network setting information for connection to the access point from the access response message, if the access response message is a message allowing the connection to the access point. 12. The mobile terminal as claimed in claim 11 , wherein the controller connects with the access point by using the extracted network setting information. 13. The mobile terminal as claimed in claim 9 , wherein the controller informs rejection of the connection to the access point, if the access response message is a message rejecting the connection to the access point through at least one of the wireless unit and the communication unit. 14. The mobile terminal as claimed in claim 9 , wherein the controller connects to the access point and then accesses a web page, if the access response message includes an address of a web page provided from the server. 15. The mobile terminal as claimed in claim 9 , wherein the access request message comprises at least one of Media Access Control (MAC) information of the mobile terminal and MAC information of the closet access point to the mobile terminal. 16. A method for connecting a mobile terminal with an access point, the method comprising: receiving, by a server, a message including a unique identifier for authenticating the mobile terminal, from the mobile terminal, through the access point, wherein the server is connected to the access point; extracting, by the server, the unique identifier of the mobile terminal from the message, and constructing a plurality of terminals list including the extracted unique identifier; determining, by the server, if an access request message is received from the mobile terminal through a mobile communication network, whether the unique identifier included in the access request message is included in the plurality of terminals list; and transmitting, by the server, if the unique identifier included in the access request message is included in the plurality of terminals list, an access response message to the mobile terminal, through the mobile communication network, wherein the access response message includes an authentication result obtained by comparing the unique identifier included in the message with the unique identifier included in the access request message. 17. The method as claimed in claim 16 , further comprising transmitting, by the server, an access response message rejecting the connection to the access point, to the mobile terminal, through the mobile communication network, if the unique identifier included in the access request message is not included in the plurality of terminals list. 18. The method as claimed in claim 16 , wherein the access response message further includes an address of a web page provided from the server to be transmitted. 19. A server for connecting a mobile terminal with an access point, the server comprising: a controller for receiving a message including a unique identifier for authenticating the mobile terminal, from the mobile terminal, through the access point, wherein the server is connected to the access point, extracting the unique identifier of the mobile terminal from the message and constructing a plurality of terminals list including the extracted unique identifier, determining, if an access request message is received from the mobile terminal through a mobile communication network, whether the unique identifier included in the access request message is included in the plurality of terminals list, and transmitting, if the unique identifier included in the access request message is included in the terminals list, an access response message to the mobile terminal through the mobile communication network; and a memory for storing the plurality of terminals list, wherein the access response message includes an authentication result obtained by comparing the unique identifier included in the message with the unique identifier included in the access request message. 20. The server as claimed in claim 19 , wherein the server transmits an access response message rejecting the connection to the access point, to the mobile terminal, through the mobile communication network, if the unique identifier included in the access request message is not include
