What is claimed is: 1. A transmission cable, comprising: two plugs each having a plurality of pins disposed on an inner side of a shield shell with an insulating member interposed therebetween for connecting to a receptacle of an electronic apparatus; two resistors, each of the two resistors resistor being directly connected between a predetermined respective one of the pins and a respective shield shell of said plug, wherein each of the predetermined pins which are connected to the two resistors are also connected to one another. 2. The transmission cable according to claim 1 , wherein a resistance value of each resistor is a value corresponding to a category of said transmission cable.
