What is claimed is: 1. A display, comprising: a laminated wiring with a conductive film arranged on a foundation layer, a first transparent film and a second transparent film arranged on said conductive film, and a translucent film arranged between said first and second transparent films; a wiring terminal part arranged at an edge portion of said laminated wiring, said wiring terminal part having a laminated structure being the same as at least that of said laminated wiring; and an insulating film that covers said laminated wiring and at least said wiring terminal part. 2. The display according to claim 1 , wherein one of said first and second transparent films placed above the other is higher in refractive index than said insulating film. 3. The display according to claim 1 , wherein said first transparent film, said translucent film, and said second transparent film are laminated in this order on said conductive film. 4. The display according to claim 3 , wherein said first transparent film has an optical path length of from 0.09 to 0.14 μm, and said second transparent film has an optical path length of from 0.02 to 0.20 μm. 5. The display according to claim 4 , wherein said second transparent film is longer in optical path length than said first transparent film. 6. The display according to claim 1 , wherein said first transparent film contains a material selected from: one of a group oxides including indium oxide, zinc oxide, and tin oxide; one of a group of oxides mainly containing any of silicon, aluminum, tantalum, zirconium, yttrium, hafnium, niobium, and titanium; and one of a group of nitrides mainly containing silicon and aluminum, and said second transparent film contains a material selected from: one of a group of oxides including indium oxide, zinc oxide, and tin oxide; one of a group of oxides mainly containing any of aluminum, tantalum, zirconium, yttrium, hafnium, niobium, and titanium; and one of a group of nitrides mainly containing silicon and aluminum. 7. The display according to claim 1 , wherein said wiring terminal part includes an opening part that penetrates said insulating film and at least one of said first and second transparent films, and said translucent film. 8. The display according to claim 1 , wherein said translucent film contains a material selected from Mo, Cr, Ti, Ni, Ta, and W. 9. A display, comprising: a laminated wiring with a first transparent film arranged on a foundation layer, a translucent film arranged on said first transparent film, a second transparent film arranged on said translucent film, and a conductive film arranged on said second transparent film; a wiring terminal part arranged at an edge portion of said laminated wiring, said wiring terminal part having a laminated structure being the same as at least that of said laminated wiring; and an insulating film that covers said laminated wiring and at least said wiring terminal part. 10. The display according to claim 9 , wherein said first transparent film has an optical path length of from 0.09 to 0.14 μm, and said second transparent film has an optical path length of from 0.02 to 0.20 μm. 11. The display according to claim 10 , wherein said second transparent film is longer in optical path length than said first transparent film.
