An isolated immunoglobulin heavy and/or light chain having specificity for human Anti-Müllerian Hormone type II receptor (AMHR-II), wherein said heavy and/or light chain comprises a variable domain having the amino acid sequence set forth as SEQ ID NO:1 or SEQ ID NO:5. 2.
