Provided are amine derivative compounds, pharmaceutical compositions thereof, and methods of treating ophthalmic diseases and disorders, such as age-related macular degeneration and Stargardt's Disease, using said compounds and compositions.

We claim: 1. A method for treating an ophthalmic disease or disorder resulting at least in part from lipofuscin pigment accumulated in a subject, comprising administering to the subject a compound, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, or N-oxide thereof, chosen from: 2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the ophthalmic disease or disorder is age related macular degeneration or Stargardt's macular dystrophy.
