Abstract

Official abstract text for this publication.

A vibrationproof device which is a liquid sealed vibrationproof device includes a tubular first mounting member ( 3 ) that is connected to either one of a vibration generating portion and a vibration receiving portion, a second mounting member ( 4 ) that is connected to other one, an elastic body ( 5 ) that elastically connects the first mounting member ( 3 ) and the second mounting member ( 4 ), and a partition member ( 8 ) that partitions a liquid chamber ( 7 ) of the inside of the first mounting member ( 3 ) into a main liquid chamber ( 7 A) of an upper side having the elastic body as a portion of a wall surface and an auxiliary liquid chamber ( 7 B) of a lower side, and a restricting passage ( 80 ) which communicates with the main liquid chamber ( 7 A) and the auxiliary liquid chamber ( 7 B). In addition, a first liquid (L 1 ) is contained as a main liquid and a second liquid (L 2 ) which is insoluble in the first liquid (L 1 ) is contained as an added liquid in the sealed liquid (L), and the vapor pressure of the second liquid (L 2 ) is higher than the vapor pressure of a main component of the first liquid (L 1 ) in the same temperature and a specific gravity of the second liquid (L 2 ) is lighter than a specific gravity of the first liquid (L 1 ).

The invention claimed is: 1. A vibrationproof device which is a liquid sealed vibrationproof device comprising: a tubular first mounting member that is connected to either one of a vibration generating portion and a vibration receiving portion; a second mounting member that is connected to other one of the vibration generating portion and the vibration receiving portion; an elastic body that elastically connects the first mounting member and the second mounting member to each other; and a partition member that partitions a liquid chamber of the inside of the first mounting member into a main liquid chamber of a lower side having the elastic body as a portion of a wall surface and an auxiliary liquid chamber of an upper side, wherein a restricting passage is formed which communicates with the main liquid chamber and with the auxiliary liquid chamber and in which a liquid column resonance is generated due to the fact that a liquid in the liquid chamber is circulated, a sealed liquid is sealed in the liquid chamber, the sealed liquid contains a first liquid as a main liquid and a second liquid as an added liquid which is insoluble in the first liquid, a vapor pressure of the second liquid is higher than a vapor pressure of a main component of the first liquid in the same temperature and a specific gravity of the second liquid is heavier than a specific gravity of the first liquid, and the second liquid is dispersed into a plurality of places in the first liquid, when receiving a vibration. 2. The vibrationproof device according to claim 1 , wherein a liquid collecting concave portion which is arranged in a vicinity of a main liquid chamber side opening of the restricting passage and in which the second liquid is collected is formed in the elastic body. 3. The vibrationproof device according to claim 2 , wherein the liquid collecting concave portion is arranged in a front side in a circulation direction of the sealed liquid from the restricting passage to the main liquid chamber through the main liquid chamber side opening. 4. The vibrationproof device according to claim 1 , wherein a surface tension of the second liquid is smaller than a surface tension of the first liquid. 5. The vibrationproof device according to claim 1 , wherein the dispersed second liquid limits increase in size of bubbles formed in the first liquid in response to the vibration by bubbles preferentially generated in the second liquid in response to the vibration than generation of the bubbles in the first liquid. 6. The vibrationproof device according to claim 1 , wherein the sealed liquid contains the second liquid of 0.5 weight % or more and 20 weight % or less. 7. The vibrationproof device according to claim 1 , wherein the weight percentage of the second liquid to the first liquid is 50/99 to 25%.
