What is claimed is: 1. A siRNA molecule comprising the nucleotide sequence of any one of SEQ ID NOs: 1-14 and wherein the siRNA molecule reduces the number of soybean cyst nematode cysts on soybean roots. 2. An artificial RNA molecule comprising the siRNA molecule of claim 1 , wherein the artificial RNA molecule is encoded by the nucleotide sequence of any one of SEQ ID NOs: 16-29. 3. A vector comprising the siRNA molecule of claim 1 , wherein the vector is encoded by the nucleotide sequence of any one of SEQ ID NOs: 31-44.
