A packaging device includes a conveyance mechanism, a guide portion, a heating portion, and a processor. The conveyance mechanism is configured to convey, in a conveyance direction along a conveyance path, a base on which an object is placed. The guide portion is configured to guide a film for packaging and to move along a movement path. The heating portion is provided below the conveyance path, is configured to heat the film, and includes a plurality of heating units that are arranged parallel to the conveyance path and that are arranged side by side in a direction intersecting the conveyance direction. Each of the plurality of heating units includes a heater and an urging portion. The urging portion is configured to urge the heater upward toward the conveyance path. The processor is configured to cause the heating portion to heat the film guided to a lower side of the base.

What is claimed is: 1. A packaging device comprising: a conveyance mechanism configured to convey, in a conveyance direction along a conveyance path, a base on which an object is placed; a guide portion configured to guide a film for packaging, the guide portion being configured to move along a movement path, the movement path intersecting the conveyance path and extending in an up-down direction; a heating portion that is provided below the conveyance path and that is configured to heat the film, the heating portion including a plurality of heating units that are arranged parallel to the conveyance path and that are arranged side by side in a direction intersecting the conveyance direction, each of the plurality of heating units including a heater and an urging portion, the urging portion being configured to urge the heater upward toward the conveyance path; and a processor configured to cause the heating portion to heat the film that has been guided to a lower side of the base by the guide portion. 2. The packaging device according to claim 1 , wherein the urging portion includes a plurality of springs that are arranged parallel to the conveyance path and that are arranged side by side in the direction intersecting the conveyance direction. 3. The packaging device according to claim 1 , wherein each of the plurality of heating units further includes a support portion configured to sandwich the film between the support portion and the base. 4. The packaging device according to claim 1 , wherein the heating portion is configured to be switched between in a first state and in a second state, the first state being a state in which the heater is close to the conveyance path from below, and the second state being a state in which the heater is separated from the conveyance path.
