The invention relates to a novel class of 2,4-diamino-6,7-dihydro-5H-pyrrolo[2,3]pyrimidine derivatives as a FAK and/or Pyk2 inhibitor, to a process for their preparation, and to a composition thereof, as well as to use of the compounds for the inhibiting FAK and/or Pyk2 and method for the treatment of a FAK and/or Pyk2 mediated disorder or disease.

The invention claimed is: 1. A compound selected from: or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, or tautomer thereof. 2. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a) the compound of claim 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, or tautomer thereof, and b) a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, diluent, excipient and/or adjuvant. 3. A method of treatment of a FAK and/or Pyk2 mediated disorder or disease comprising administering to a patient in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of claim 1 , wherein the disorder or disease is ovarian carcinoma or breast cancer.
