Official abstract text for this publication.
Electronic apparatuses and adjustment methods thereof are provided. The electronic apparatus includes an input interface and a processor. The input interface is configured to receive a reference frame, wherein the reference frame corresponds to a plurality of luminance values. The processor is electrically connected to the input interface and configured to adjust at least a portion of the luminance values that are greater than a predetermined threshold, calculate a weighted luminance value of the reference frame according to the luminance values, generate a comparison result by comparing the weighted luminance value and a luminance target, and decide the luminance values according to the comparison result.

What is claimed is: 1. An electronic apparatus, comprising: an input interface, being configured to receive a reference frame, wherein the reference frame corresponds to a plurality of luminance values; and a processor, being electrically connected to the input interface and configured to adjust at least a portion of the luminance values that are greater than a predetermined threshold according to an accumulation number and a predetermined discard number, calculate a weighted luminance value of the reference frame according to the luminance values, generate a comparison result by comparing the weighted luminance value and a luminance target, and decide the luminance values according to the comparison result. 2. The electronic apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the processor adjusts at least a portion of the luminance values that are greater than the predetermined threshold by performing the following operations for each of the luminance values that is greater than the predetermined threshold: calculating an accumulation number of the luminance values that have been adjusted; and adjusting the luminance value by a reduction ratio when the accumulation number is smaller than a predetermined discard number. 3. The electronic apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the processor further divides the reference frame into a plurality of blocks and calculates an average luminance value for each of the blocks, wherein each of the average luminance values is one of the luminance values of the reference frame. 4. The electronic apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the reference frame comprises a plurality of pixels, each of the pixels has a pixel value, and each of the pixel values is one of the luminance values. 5. An adjustment method for use in an electronic apparatus, the electronic apparatus comprising a processor and an input interface, and the adjustment method comprising the following steps of: receiving a reference frame by the input interface, the reference frame corresponding to a plurality of luminance values; adjusting at least a portion of the luminance values that are greater than a predetermined threshold according to an accumulation number and a predetermined discard number by the processor; calculating a weighted luminance value of the reference frame according to the luminance values by the processor after the adjusting step; generating a comparison result by comparing the weighted luminance value and a luminance target by the processor; and deciding the luminance values according to the comparison result by the processor. 6. The adjustment method of claim 5 , wherein the step of adjusting at least a portion of the luminance values that are greater than the predetermined threshold comprises the following step of: performing the following steps for each of the luminance values that is greater than the predetermined threshold: calculating an accumulation number of the luminance values that have been adjusted by the processor; and adjusting the luminance value by a reduction ratio by the processor when the accumulation number is smaller than a predetermined discard number. 7. The adjustment method of claim 5 , further comprising the following steps of: dividing the reference frame into a plurality of blocks by the processor; and calculating an average luminance value for each of the blocks by the processor; wherein each of the average luminance values is one of the luminance values of the reference frame. 8. The adjustment method of claim 5 , wherein the reference frame comprises a plurality of pixels, each of the pixels has a pixel value, and each of the pixel values is one of the luminance values.
