What is claimed is: 1. A navigation method performed by a navigation terminal configured to be installed in a motor vehicle, comprising: receiving a first destination point from a mobile terminal; displaying, by the navigation terminal, road guidance information from an origination position to the first destination point; determining, by the navigation terminal, whether a current position of the navigation terminal is within a preset range of the first destination point; displaying, by the navigation terminal, when the current position of the navigation terminal is within the preset range of the first destination point, a message inquiring whether or not the destination point is a final destination point prior to arrival at the first destination point; receiving a new destination point after an input indicating that the first destination point is not the final destination; displaying, by the navigation terminal, road guidance information based on new route information from the current position to the new destination point; and transmitting, by the navigation terminal, the new route information to the mobile terminal causing the mobile terminal to activate a navigation function for displaying the road guidance information based on the new route information from the current position to the new destination point. 2. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: determining a distance between the current position and the first destination point. 3. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: generating the new route information from the current position to the new destination point; and wirelessly transmitting the new route information to the mobile terminal. 4. The method of claim 3 , wherein the new route information comprises: route data in one of an image format, a turn-by-turn list format, a text format, an animation format, and a multimedia format. 5. The method of claim 1 , wherein the road guidance information from the origination position to the first destination point comprises: route data in one of an image format, a turn by turn list format, a text format, an animation format, and a multimedia format. 6. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: generating a reverse route between the first destination point and the current position; and transmitting the reverse route to the mobile terminal. 7. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: receiving a user input identifying an alternative position; generating a route from the first destination point to the alternative position; and wirelessly transmitting the route from the first destination point to the alternative position to a second mobile terminal. 8. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: automatically determining whether the current position is the first destination point is performed upon terminating motor vehicle movement. 9. The method of claim 1 , wherein the message and the road guidance information from the current position to the first destination point are displayed together on a same screen. 10. A navigation apparatus configured to be installed in a motor vehicle, the navigation apparatus comprising: a display; a wireless communications module; and a controller operatively connected to the display and the wireless communications module, the controller configured to: receive a first destination point from a mobile terminal, display road guidance information from an origination position to the first destination point, determine whether a current position of the navigation apparatus is within a preset range of the first destination point, display, when the current position of the navigation apparatus is within the preset range of the first destination point, a message inquiring whether or not the destination point is a final destination point prior to arrival at the first destination point, receiving a new destination point after an input indicating that the first destination point is not the final destination, display road guidance information based on new route information from the current position to the new destination point, and transmit the new route information to the mobile terminal causing the mobile terminal to activate a navigation function for displaying the road guidance information based on the new route information from the current position to the new destination point. 11. The navigation apparatus of claim 10 , wherein the controller is further configured to determine a distance between the current position and the first destination point. 12. The navigation apparatus of claim 10 , wherein the controller is further configured to: generate the new route information from the current position to the new destination point, and wirelessly transmit the new route information to the mobile terminal. 13. The navigation apparatus of claim 12 , wherein the new route information comprises: route data in one of an image format, a turn-by-turn list format, a text format, an animation format, and a multimedia format. 14. The navigation apparatus of claim 10 , wherein the road guidance information from the origination position to the first destination point comprises: route data in one of an image format, a turn by turn list format, a text format, an animation format, and a multimedia format. 15. The navigation apparatus of claim 10 , wherein the controller is further configured to: generate a reverse route between the first destination point and the current position, and transmit the reverse route to a second mobile terminal. 16. The navigation apparatus of claim 10 , wherein the controller is configured to: receive a user input identifying an alternative position, generate a route from the first destination point to the alternative position, and wirelessly transmit the route from the first destination point to the alternative position to a second mobile communication terminal. 17. The navigation apparatus of claim 10 , wherein the controller is further configured to automatically determine whether the current position is the first destination point upon terminating motor vehicle movement. 18. The navigation apparatus of claim 10 , wherein the controller is further configured to display the message and the road guidance information from the current position to the first destination point together on a same screen.
