A method for using telemetry data based on a user habit information user one or more sensors coupled to a wearable device that has a unique user ID, and acquire user information selected from of at least one of, a user's activities, behaviors and habit information. The wearable device includes ID circuitry that includes ID storage, a communication system which reads and transmits the unique ID from the ID storage, a power source and a pathway system to route signals through the circuitry. The telemetry system communicates with the one or more sensors. The telemetry system includes a database of user ID's. Telemetry data is analyzed using the telemetry system based on at least one of, user's activities, behaviors and habit information. Personalized information about the user is created.

What is claimed is: 1. A method for using telemetry data, comprising: using a wearable person monitoring device that includes a microphone, an RF transmitter and sensors to determine air quality, sound level, sound quality, light quality and ambient temperature near a person, the RF transmitter serving as a communication system; using an accelerometer configured to detect a person's movement information, the accelerometer and the wearable person monitoring device configured to assist to determine a person's sleep information and a person's sleep behavior information, the microphone configured to record a person's movement sounds detected by the accelerometer, the accelerometer configured to cause the microphone to stop recording the person's movement sounds when the person's movement sounds are not directed to a sleep related parameter; analyzing the person's movement information, the person's sleep information and the person's sleep behavior information to calculate or derive sleep onset and wake time, sleep interruptions, and quality and depth of sleep; and communicating between a telemetry system and the wearable person monitoring device, the telemetry system including a database of the person's sleep information and the person's sleep behavior information; using ID circuitry to crunch information and a control system to orchestrate communication between different systems; using a noise reduction element at the wearable person monitoring device to reduce signal noise; and switching between incremental and full syncing of the sleep related parameter. 2. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: using logic resources at the wearable person monitoring device. 3. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: communicating signals from the wearable person monitoring device. 4. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: using a CPU to evaluate the sleep related parameter of the person. 5. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: using the telemetry system to create different classifications for the sleep related parameter of the person. 6. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: providing firmware updates to the wearable person monitoring device. 7. The method of claim 1 , wherein streams of information relating to the wearable person monitoring device can include encrypted and non-encrypted information.
