A system for tracking a path of a motor vehicle, the system including: an instantaneous speed sensor on each wheel of front and rear axle systems; a mechanism to calculate speed loss between wheels of a single axle system; a mechanism to calculate difference between the speed losses of each axle system; and a mechanism to compare the difference with a stored threshold value.
