A battery is provided including a battery element including a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and an electrolyte; and a laminate film for packaging the battery element, wherein the laminate film includes a first portion including a first portion thickness, a second portion including a second portion thickness and a third portion including a third portion thickness, wherein the second portion is located between the first portion and the third portion, wherein a first side of the third portion is not in contact with a second side of the third portion, and the third portion thickness includes a thickness of the first side and the second side of the third portion, wherein the first portion thickness of at least a part of the first portion is thinner than the second portion thickness, wherein the third portion thickness of at least a part of the third portion is thicker than the first portion thickness, and wherein the third portion includes an edge portion of the laminate film.

What is claimed is: 1. A battery comprising: a battery element including a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and an electrolyte; and a laminate film for packaging the battery element, wherein the laminate film includes a first portion including a first portion thickness, a second portion including a second portion thickness and a third portion including a third portion thickness, wherein the second portion is located between the first portion and the third portion, wherein a first side of the third portion is not in contact with a second side of the third portion, and the third portion thickness includes a thickness of the first side and the second side of the third portion, wherein the first portion thickness of at least a part of the first portion is thinner than the second portion thickness, wherein the third portion thickness of at least a part of the third portion is thicker than the first portion thickness, wherein the third portion includes an edge portion of the laminate film, wherein the laminate film includes an interior laver, a metal layer and an exterior laver, wherein a first side of the interior layer and a second side of the interior layer are contacted in the first portion and the second portion, and wherein a thickness of at least one of the first side and the second side of the interior layer in at least a part of the first portion is thinner than a thickness of at least one of the first side and the second side of the interior layer in at least a part of the third portion. 2. The battery according to claim 1 , wherein the second portion thickness increases along a direction to the third portion. 3. The battery according to claim 1 , wherein the thickness of the at least one of the first side and the second side of the interior layer in at least the part of the third portion is from 20 μm to 40 μm. 4. The battery according to claim 1 , wherein the positive electrode, the negative electrode and the separator are wound. 5. The battery according to claim 1 , wherein the interior layer includes at least one layer. 6. The battery according to claim 1 , wherein the exterior layer includes at least one of nylon and poly(ethylene terephthalate), wherein the metal layer includes aluminum, and wherein the interior layer includes at least one of polyolefin and polypropylene. 7. The battery according to claim 1 , wherein the laminate film includes a first adhesive layer between the exterior layer and the metal layer and a second adhesive layer between the metal layer and the interior layer. 8. The battery according to claim 1 , wherein the battery includes an electrode terminal and a sealant, and wherein at least a portion of the sealant is provided on the electrode terminal. 9. The battery according to claim 8 , wherein at least a portion of the sealant is provided between the electrode terminal and the laminate film. 10. The battery according to claim 1 , wherein the positive electrode, the negative electrode and the separator are wound. 11. A battery comprising: a battery element including a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and an electrolyte; and a laminate film for packaging the battery element, wherein the laminate film includes a first portion including a first portion thickness, a second portion including a second portion thickness and a third portion including a third portion thickness, wherein the second portion is located between the first portion and the third portion, and is adjacent to the third portion, wherein a first side of the third portion is not in contact with a second side of the third portion, and the third portion thickness includes a thickness of the first side and the second side of the third portion, wherein the first portion thickness of at least a part of the first portion is thinner than the second portion thickness, wherein the third portion thickness of at least a part of the third portion is thicker than the first portion thickness, wherein the third portion includes an edge portion of the laminate film, wherein a first surface in the first portion has a first angle with respect to a thickness direction of the laminate film, wherein a second surface in the second portion has a second angle with respect to the thickness direction of the laminate film, and wherein the first angle is smaller than the second angle, wherein the laminate film includes an interior layer, a metal layer and an exterior layer, wherein a first side of the interior layer and a second side of the interior layer are contacted in the first portion and the second portion, and wherein a thickness of at least one of the first side and the second side of the interior layer in at least a part of the first portion is thinner than a thickness of at least one of the first side and the second side of the interior layer in at least a part of the third portion. 12. The battery according to claim 11 , wherein the thickness of the at least one of the first side and the second side of the interior layer in at least the part of the third portion is from 20 μm to 40 μm. 13. The battery according to claim 11 , wherein the positive electrode, the negative electrode and the separator are wound. 14. The battery according to claim 11 , wherein the interior layer includes at least one layer. 15. The battery according to claim 11 , wherein the exterior layer includes at least one of nylon and poly(ethylene terephthalate), wherein the metal layer includes aluminum, and wherein the interior layer includes at least one of polyolefin and polypropylene. 16. The battery according to claim 11 , wherein the laminate film includes a first adhesive layer between the exterior layer and the metal layer and a second adhesive layer between the metal layer and the interior layer. 17. The battery according to claim 11 , wherein the battery includes an electrode terminal and a sealant, and wherein at least a portion of the sealant is provided on the electrode terminal. 18. The battery according to claim 17 , wherein at least a portion of the sealant is provided between the electrode terminal and the laminate film. 19. The battery according to claim 11 , wherein the positive electrode, the negative electrode and the separator are wound. 20. The battery according to claim 11 , wherein a third surface in the first portion has a third angle with respect to the thickness direction of the laminate film, wherein a fourth surface in the second portion has a fourth angle with respect to the thickness direction of the laminate film, and wherein the third angle is smaller than the fourth angle.
