Abstract

Official abstract text for this publication.

A camera module includes a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) installed with an image sensor, a base mounted on the PCB, and a bobbin reciprocatingly mounted above the base. A bottom elastic member is fixed to the base to support the bobbin, and a terminal is installed at the base, one end of which is conductively connected to the PCB and the other end of which is conductively connected to the bottom elastic member at a solder part. A solder cut-off part is formed at the base to cut off movement of overflowing solder from the solder part.

What is claimed is: 1. A camera module comprising: a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) having an image sensor; a base disposed on the PCB; a bobbin disposed above the base; a first driving unit disposed on the bobbin; a second driving unit facing the first driving unit; a bottom elastic member coupled to the bobbin and the base, and the bottom elastic member including an inner part coupled to the bobbin, an outer part coupled to the base, a connection part connecting the inner part and the outer part, and a terminal connection part extended from the outer part; a terminal conductively connected to the bottom elastic member at a solder part conductively connecting the PCB and the terminal connection part of the bottom elastic member; a conductive member disposed on the terminal connection part and the terminal; and a wall that upwardly protrudes from the base, wherein the conductive member and the terminal connection part face one surface of the wall in a direction. 2. The camera module of claim 1 , wherein the wall includes first and second portions configured to form a concave groove by enclosing the terminal. 3. The camera module of claim 1 , wherein the wall includes a primary portion that upwardly protrudes from the base, and a secondary portion that upwardly protrudes from the primary wall. 4. The camera module of claim 1 , wherein the bobbin includes an opening mounted with at least a lens, wherein an inner circumference surface forming the opening of the bobbin includes a non-screw thread section, wherein the non-screw section includes a first part having a first curvature, and a second part neighbored with the first part in a circumferential direction and having a second curvature different from the first curvature, and wherein the first curvature corresponds with a curvature of the lens, and the second curvature corresponds with a curvature of an inner surface of a boss. 5. The camera module of claim 4 , wherein the boss is symmetrically arranged in plural number about the bobbin. 6. The camera module of claim 4 , wherein an angle (α) formed between an imaginary line (a) connecting a center of the bobbin to a center of the boss and an imaginary line (b) connecting a center of the bobbin to a distal end of one side of the boss is less than 12 degrees. 7. The camera module of claim 4 , wherein the second curvature is infinity. 8. The camera module of claim 4 , wherein the boss has an area narrower at a floor surface contacting the base than an area of a cross-section perpendicular to an optical axis of the boss. 9. The camera module of claim 8 , wherein the boss is formed at a periphery of its floor surface with a chamfer. 10. A camera module comprising: a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) installed with an image sensor; a base disposed on the PCB; a bobbin disposed above the base; a first driving unit disposed on the bobbin; a second driving unit facing the first driving unit; a bottom elastic member coupled to the bobbin and the base, and the bottom elastic member including an inner part coupled to the bobbin, an outer part coupled to the base, a connection part connecting the inner part and the outer part, and a terminal connection part extended from the outer part; a terminal conductively connecting the PCB and the bottom elastic member; a conductive member disposed on the terminal connection part and the terminal; and a trap downwardly recessed from the base, wherein the trap is disposed between the conductive member and the outer part of the bottom elastic member. 11. The camera module of claim 10 , wherein the trap is one of a multiple solder trap formed by a series of single traps, or a partial solder trap spaced apart from an external surface of the base. 12. A camera module comprising: a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) having an image sensor; a base mounted on the PCB; a bobbin configured to move in a prescribed direction and provided above the base; a bottom elastic member fixed to the base to support the bobbin; a terminal provided at the base, one end being conductively connected to the PCB, and the other end being conductively connected to the bottom elastic member at a solder part; and at least one of a wall or a recess at the base to prevent overflow of solder from the solder part, wherein the recess is a solder trap formed at a predetermined depth. 13. The camera module of claim 12 , wherein the solder trap is one of a multiple solder trap formed by a series of single traps, or a partial solder trap spaced apart from an external surface of the base at a predetermined distance.
