What is claimed is: 1. An apparatus, comprising: a processor; and memory operatively coupled to the processor and storing computer readable instructions that, when executed, cause the apparatus to: receive athletic activity data from a device configured to be worn by a user; receive an activity time period; receive a first activity goal for the activity time period; determine whether the received athletic activity data exceeds the first activity goal for a predetermined number of consecutive activity time periods; and present a streak reward to the user when the received athletic activity data exceeds the first activity goal for the predetermined number of consecutive activity time periods. 2. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the computer readable instructions, when executed, further cause the apparatus to: determine a number of activity points earned by the user in accordance with the received athletic activity data. 3. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the device is a wrist-worn monitoring device. 4. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the computer readable instructions, when executed, further cause the apparatus to: provide a first application interface configured to communicate athletic activity data to the user, wherein the interface includes one or more functions configured to be invoked for at least the device. 5. The apparatus of claim 4 , wherein a portion of the first application interface is configured to provide a visualization of athletic activity, and wherein different visualizations are provided in accordance with a user's progress toward achieving or extending an activity streak. 6. The apparatus of claim 4 , wherein the first application interface is further configured to communicate content to the user indicating that a streak reward is available upon performing a specified athletic activity. 7. The apparatus of claim 4 , wherein a portion of the first application interface is configured to provide a visualization of athletic activity data, and wherein different visualizations are provided in accordance with a user's progress toward completing the activity goal. 8. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the computer readable instructions, when executed, further cause the apparatus to: receive a second activity goal for the activity time period; and determine whether the received athletic activity data exceeds the second activity goal for a predetermined number of consecutive activity time periods. 9. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein presenting a streak reward to the user further causes the apparatus to: provide the user with at least one of a new image, a new color, or a new function to be utilized in accordance with and application interface. 10. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein presenting a streak reward to the user further causes the apparatus to: transmit, to the device, content indicating that an activity streak has been achieved or extended by the user. 11. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the streak reward comprises at least one of a coupon, a product, a service, and a virtual icon. 12. The apparatus of claim 4 , wherein the first application interface is further configured to communicate content to the user indicating at least one of a start and an end of an activity streak. 13. The apparatus of claim 4 , wherein the first application interface is further configured to communicate content to the user indicating a status of the activity goal for a plurality of activity time periods. 14. The apparatus of claim 4 , wherein the first application interface is further configured to display one or more activity goals for impending activity time periods. 15. An apparatus, comprising: a processor; and memory operatively coupled to the processor and storing computer readable instructions that, when executed, cause the apparatus to: receive athletic activity data from a computing device; receive an activity goal for one or more activity time periods; determine, at the processor, that the athletic activity data exceeds the activity goal for a predetermined number of consecutive activity time periods; and present a streak reward to a first user based on the determination. 16. The apparatus of claim 15 , wherein the computer readable instructions, when executed, further cause the apparatus to: provide an application interface configured to communicate athletic activity data to the first user. 17. The apparatus of claim 16 , wherein the athletic activity data includes a plurality of physiological characteristics relating to one or more athletic performances of the first user during the one or more activity time periods. 18. The apparatus of claim 16 , wherein the application interface is further configured to transmit to a second user a status of an activity streak for the first user. 19. The apparatus of claim 16 , wherein the application interface is further configured to communicate content to the first user indicating a status of the activity goal for a plurality of activity time periods. 20. The apparatus of claim 15 , wherein presenting a streak reward to the first user further comprises transmitting, to the computing device, content indicating that an activity streak has been achieved or extended by the first user.
