What is claimed is: 1. A method for treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer, comprising administering an effective amount of 7-(6-(2-hydroxypropan-2-yl)pyridin-3-yl)-1-((1r,4r)-4-methoxycyclohexyl)-3,4-dihydropyrazino-[2,3-b]pyrazin-2(1H)-one or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, stereoisomer or tautomer thereof in combination with an effective amount of erlotinib or azacitidine to a patient having advanced non-small cell lung cancer, wherein the ratio of 7-(6-(2-hydroxypropan-2-yl)pyridin-3-yl)-1-((1r,4r)-4-methoxycyclohexyl)-3,4-dihydropyrazino-[2,3-b]pyrazin-2(1H)-one or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, stereoisomer or tautomer thereof to erlotinib is about 1:10 to about 1:100 and the ratio of 7-(6-(2-hydroxypropan-2-yl)pyridin-3-yl)-1-((1r,4r)-4-methoxycyclohexyl)-3,4-dihydropyrazino-[2,3-b]pyrazin-2(1H)-one or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, stereoisomer or tautomer thereof to azacitidine is about 1:3 to about 1:20. 2. The method of claim 1 , comprising administration of 7-(6-(2-hydroxypropan-2-yl)pyridin-3-yl)-1-((1r,4r)-4-methoxycyclohexyl)-3,4-dihydropyrazino-[2,3-b]pyrazin-2(1H)-one or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, stereoisomer or tautomer thereof in combination with an effective amount of erlotinib to a patient having advanced non-small cell lung cancer. 3. The method of claim 1 , comprising administration of 7-(6-(2-hydroxypropan-2-yl)pyridin-3-yl)-1-((1r,4r)-4-methoxycyclohexyl)-3,4-dihydropyrazino-[2,3-b]pyrazin-2(1H)-one or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, stereoisomer or tautomer thereof in combination with an effective amount of azacitidine to a patient having advanced non-small cell lung cancer. 4. The method of claim 3 , wherein the azacitidine is oral azacitidine.
