The compound according to claim 4 which is 4-[(1S)-1-[[(3R)-2-(2-phenoxyethyl)-3,4-dihydro-1H-isoquinoline-3-carbonyl]amino]ethyl]benzoic acid: 6. The compound according to claim 3 which is 4-[(1S)-1-[[(3R)-2-(2-(4-fluorophenoxy)ethyl)-3,4-dihydro-1H-isoquinoline-3-carbonyl]amino]ethyl]benzoic acid: or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 7. A method of treating osteoarthritis in a patient, comprising administering to a patient in need of such treatment an effective amount of a compound, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, according to claim 1 . 8. A method of treating rheumatoid arthritis in a patient, comprising administering to a patient in need of such treatment an effective amount of a compound, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, according to claim 1 . 9. A method of treating pain associated with osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis in a patient, comprising administering to a patient in need of such treatment an effective amount of a compound, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, according to claim 1 . 10. A pharmaceutical composition, comprising a compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof according to claim 1 with one or more pharmaceutically acceptable carriers, diluents, or excipients. 11.
