What is claimed is: 1. A method for screening materials, comprising: locating a screen assembly in a vibratory screening machine using a guide assembly that guides the screen assembly into a predetermined position; and securing the screen assembly to the vibratory screening machine by activating a member of a compression assembly that deforms the screen assembly into a concave shape such that a top surface of the screen assembly forms a concave screening surface. 2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the screening machine includes a contact member and a concave support surface, wherein the member of the compression assembly presses the screen assembly against the contact member and the concave support surface. 3. The method of claim 2 , wherein the contact member is a central member. 4. The method of claim 2 , wherein the contact member is a wall member. 5. A vibratory screening machine, comprising: a wall member; a contact member; a concave support surface located between the wall member and the contact member; a guide assembly having at least one mating surface; a screen assembly having a screen assembly mating surface configured to mate with the at least one mating surface of the guide assembly; and a compression assembly having a retractable member, wherein the guide assembly locates the screen assembly on the vibratory screening machine and the retractable member pushes the screen assembly against the contact member deforming the screen assembly into a concave shape against the concave support surface. 6. The vibratory screening machine of claim 5 , wherein the contact member is a central member. 7. The vibratory screening machine of claim 5 , wherein the contact member is at least one of a second wall member and a member attached to the second wall member.
